We had one night here, with a well appointed room and comfortable beds.

The property was exceptionally clean and well thought out. Comfortable beds, beautiful design of the room. The bathroom was filled with all the essentials that it is easy to forget at home, just in case. And there was even a welcoming bottle of wine and an espresso machine in the room.

There was an AC in the room, but it didn't cool well, so the room was very warm. I did inform the very sweet owner, so I presume she will have it fixed.

Nice accommodation near the wineries.

This was a nice hotel style room with some kitchen amenities. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were three of us so it was nice that they offered a room with a queen and a twin bed. They also provide ample free parking and as a nice touch a small bottle of wine. It definitely served our purpose of accommodating three people close to the wineries that we visited beforehand, which is a plus if you are drinking wine and driving. For dining options they are within close driving distance to the downtown area of Gorizia which has many options.

The air conditioning unit didn't seem to be working well but honestly that could have been user error since the unit looked like it was on the newer side. It wasn't that hot while we were there so we never contacted management about it.

Wonderful, I recommend it!

Everything was wonderful, I recommend it! Great location, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great balcony, the apartment is new, very well stocked, there was everything you need in the apartment. There was also cold water and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The owner speaks English. We will return to this beautiful place.

Le stanze sono confortevoli, pulitissime e ben arredate. Lo staff della struttura è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile . Il ristorante offre piatti ottimi , preparati con prodotti genuini “ della casa”. Abbiamo acquistato formaggi, composte di frutta , miele e vino prodotti nella stessa struttura. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Serdecznie polecam, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie.

Bardzo miła Pani, która przekazywała nam klucze. Pomimo późnego zameldowania czekała na nas w obiekcie. Pokój bardzo czysty, przestronnie urządzony. Dużo dodatków dla gości w postaci, szczoteczek do zębów, balsamów, szlafroków i kapci. Miejsce parkingowe zaraz obok pokoju. W pokoju czekała na nas przekąska na śniadanie. Dostępny był ekspres do kawy, czajnik, herbata a nawet powitalne winko. Na prawdę był to świetny nocleg i przemiła obsługa.

Noi siamo rimasti molto contenti e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura

L’appartamento, nuovissimo, era a dir poco delizioso… curato in ogni suo aspetto: dall’arredamento ,essenziale ma di buon gusto, alle zanzariere, alle tende, all’aria condizionata e persino il phon era performante. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto sono state gentilissime e super disponibili. Nel frigo ci hanno fatto trovare acqua gasata e acqua naturale e ci hanno offerto una bottiglia di vino prodotto da loro con due calici. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati.

Direi che la comodità dell’appartamento minimizza enormemente il fatto che non si trovi in zona centrale.

Abbiamo prenotato presso questa struttura per una notte soltanto in quanto ci serviva solo un punto d'appoggio per partecipare a una gara di nostra figlia. La struttura si è dimostrata nuova e decisamente con una pulizia impeccabile. La stanza, sebbene avesse anche il letto singolo, era ampia e ci si poteva muovere senza problemi. L'angolo cottura una piccola chicca, fornito di tutto il necessario, comprese le capsule per il caffè. Il bagno era attrezzato con tutto l'occorrente necessario e con un kit di cortesia da far invidia ai grandi alberghi. Molto apprezzato che tutto fosse accuratamente imbustato per mantenere una sana igiene, compreso il telecomando. L'attenzione nei particolari ci ha stupito in quanto ci hanno fatto trovare anche un paio di ciabattine nuove per la nostra bambina. Giudizio assolutamente positivo per la stanza, ma anche per chi ci ha accolto. Gentile e disponibile.

Ein sehr guter Aufenthalt für Radtouristen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für den Aufenthalt von drei Tagen bestens ausgestattet. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Flasche Wein, Marmelade und Wasser. Der Parkplatz für das Auto befand sich am Grundstück und unsere E-Bikes waren in der Nacht sicher untergebracht

Die Lage an der Straßenkreuzung im Ort war mit Straßenlärm verbunden, so dass wir die Fenster in der Nacht nicht öffnen konnten. Durch die Klimaanlage war das jedoch kein Problem.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt mit toller Ausstattung

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und der Küche. Unsere Gastgeberin hat sogar extra einen Rausfallschutz für unser Kind bereitgestellt und im Bad eigens Kinder-Hygieneartikel.

Die Matratze war uns etwas zu weich, aber da hat jeder eigene Vorzüge.

Non avevo capito che la colazione me la dovevo preparare io con fette biscottate e macchina caffè, e ci sono rimasta male. Si fanno perdonare con la marmellata di loro produzione. Cena nell' agriturismo consigliatissima.

Come un hotel a 4 stelle

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte durante un tour ciclistico e la stuttura si trova proprio lungo la ciclovia FVG3, alle porte di Gorizia. Apprezzata la possibilità di lasciare le nostre bici al sicuro all'entrata della reception. Il mini appartamentino è nuovissimo e moderno ed offre un kit di cortesia bagno che supera quello di molti hotel a 4 stelle; il bagno è dotato inoltre un asciugacapelli SERIO e potente. La bottiglia di vino di benvenuto è stata apprezzata così come la possibilità di farci un caffè in camera prima di partire al mattino (non offrono la colazione ma c'è caffè/te, fette biscottate e marmellata). La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Non possiamo che consigliare questa deliziosa struttura. Vi faremo pubblicità :D Grazie ancora :)
