A beautifully designed, cozy apartment with everything you need and a host who makes you feel right

This was by far the best value for money I’ve experienced in a long time. The apartment is beautifully decorated – minimalistic yet modern – with thoughtful design touches like the Philips lighting that created a cozy, even romantic atmosphere. It’s cozy, spacious, and feels like home the moment you walk in. The kitchen is super well equipped, the bathroom has everything you need, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable, giving us the quality rest we hoped for. The place is set a bit outside the city center, but it’s only a 5-minute car ride away, so no sweat at all. Plus, Gorizia has plenty of parking available for visitors in the city center, and the free parking spot at the apartment was one of the main reasons we considered and booked the place. Finally, Dean was an amazing host – responsive, available for any questions, but never intrusive. It truly felt like I had a local friend on speed dial, which made exploring Gorizia so much easier. All in all, an amazing stay that exceeded all our expectations.

It was a cost home and the host was very friendly and he checked on us making sure we were doing well and if we needed anythIng else. The chocolate treats on the bed were very thoughtful. Clean towels.

There was some road construction outside which is am sure is a very short thing but it happened to be when we stayed there.

It's simply better than home!

It exceeded all my expectations! Better than home! There is everything, really everything, that serves total comfort and convenience. Clean, modern, high-quality furniture, special lighting, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator with a deep freezer, coffee and tea making facilities with ready-made tea filters and coffee, sugar, etc. Private parking space directly in front of the house. The owner is very kind and helpful, he does everything to make us feel good! The apartment is a little away from the noise of the city, in a calm place with clean air, close to the Isonzo river, you can take a nice walk nearby on the river bank, it is also beautiful. The city center by car is approx. 9 minutes. There is also a restaurant right next door.

Very nice place!

Apartment was great, very cosy, we found everything we needed there, the owner was very friendly, also this place is very pet friendly! Our dog had never been so welcomed as in this place :) He got not only sleeping bed, but also snacks :) Really recommend this place!

Come se fossimo a casa

Dean è stato molto carino e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Già prima dell'arrivo potevamo chiedere dei dettagli in merito all'alloggio. La consegna delle chiavi è andata benissimo, ci ha fatto vedere tutto e spiegato le cose importanti. L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito, provisto di tutto il necessario (e più di quello). Ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa, compresi i cani. Per loro c'erano pure le cucce e ciottole pronte (abbiamo ricevuto anche un cioccolattino per noi e delle ricompense per loro). Il parco di fronte era anche una cosa molto utile e comoda per noi. Il nostro soggiorno era proprio rilassante. Grazie ancora :-)

Top Aufenhalt in Görz

Wir wurden von Dean einem ganz lieben und aufmerksamen Gastgeber berüßt. Er hat uns in Alles eingewießen und sich auch während unseres Aufenthals immer nach Wünschen erkundigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss ohne Aufzug. Das Fahrzeug kann direkt vor dem Haus auf einme privaten Parkplatz geparkt werden. Es ist eine ganz toll ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung mit zwei Zimmern und Klimaanlage. Der Fußweg in das Zentrum ist ca. 25 min. Einkaufen ist möglichst mit dem Fahrzeug zu erledigen(unsere Erfahrung). Neben dem Haus ist ein kleine italienisches Restaurant in welchen man gut Essen kann. Ansonsten gibt es einige Cafees und Restaurant auf dem Weg zum Stadtzentrum.

Ottimo soggiorno per una coppia di amici o famiglia

Il proprietario è super disponibile e molto alla mano. L'appartamento è spazioso ed è stato un peccato passarci solo una notte. L'angolo cottura offriva tutto il necessario e c'erano bibite fresche e snack ad aspettarci. La doccia è molto spaziosa e abbiamo potuto usufruire della lavatrice. Il letto era comodo e l'appartamento fresco.

Non c'è nulla che cambierei del mio soggiorno qui.

L’appartamento perfettamente funzionale è completo di tutto il necessario per trascorrere alcuni giorni, carino e spazioso, il parcheggio è comodo e gratuito nel cortile all’ingresso.

È un mansardato privo di ascensore, chi ha difficoltà sulle scale per portare una valigia pesante deve avvalersi della simpatica gentilezza del gestore Dean, sempre cordiale e disponibile.

Da quando ho scoperto il Piuma Apartment di Dean, ogni volta che torno a Gorizia scelgo sempre questo appartamento. Rimango sempre stupito dall'ospitalità, dalla pulizia impeccabile e dall'ottima dotazione. Sono felice di poter soggiornare in un ambiente così tranquillo e rilassante. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vedono in Gorizia e nel Friuli un'opportunità per una vacanza di più giorni o per motivi di lavoro, come faccio anch'io.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole vicino ad un Parco

Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri due cani, la struttura è vicina ad un parco e la zona è pratica per passeggiate, ha un posto auto riservato, ed è vicina ai principali servizi (supermercato, farmacia, ecc.) L’appartamento è al secondo piano, senza ascensore, è dotato di ogni comfort, la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario e anche di più, gli ambienti sono spaziosi e curati in ogni minimo dettaglio, la pulizia è eccellente. Il gestore è stato super accogliente, di una gentilezza fuori dal comune e attentissimo a rendere il più confortevole possibile il nostro soggiorno e quello dei nostri cani. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento accogliente e intimo, penso il più bello in cui io sia stata. In cucina c'è il minibar con bevande e snack, e tutto per poter cucinare, compresi caffè, zuccheri, miele. Salotto con gran divano, TV e impianto stereo. Bagno fornito di tutto con vari kit. Lavatrice, stendino, asse da stiro, aspirapolvere, bel phon.. in camera ho dormito benissimo e quando mi sono svegliata dalle finestre ho visto un' alba spettacolare!!! (C erano dei cioccolatini sul letto🥰) Posto auto privato. L host è una persona speciale superdisponibile e pronto ad aiutarti all istante. Io personalmente non so come ringraziarlo. Tornerò a trovarlo. Bravo Dean!!!
