Agriturismo at its best

Everything. The bed, the incredibly generous hospitality and especially the glorious (hearty!) homemade breakfast. The host Samuel was very helpful indeed throughout our stay, making great conversation, helping with numerous queries and very kindly offering to take us to and from the station as we do not drive and taxis were not available.

super friendly staff, we chatted a while (they speak at least Italian and Slovenian) and when I tried to get a taxi to the train station they offered to drive me there for free. nice breakfast too

though the walk from the bus stop to the B&B was short, I didn’t like that it was on a road without sidewalk

Jewel of a place, lovely people, warm welcome, nothing too much trouble.

Best breakfast we had in a long time. The hosts were so generous, they made delicious cakes and bread for us even though we were the only guests. We loved their home made salami & own eggs. Samuel has great English and loves to practice it and share knowledge of the lovely Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

The room is very nice and very clean. The position is perfect- very near the city center of Gorizia. The stuff is vary kind and polite:) and the breakfast was amazing! We were offered many different homemade sweets (pies, cakes), good coffee, and other things to enjoy. We’re very pleased! We will return there for sure, if we’re in Gorizia again :)

Second time here, stayed one night (in transit). After a 12 hour drive, i slept really good, comfortable mattres, good breakfast, all products are home made which I really apreciate. A+ for the host.

Perfect

Me and my Bf where in transit with a long journey ahead. Our stay was short but nice, the room is big and the bed is incredibly comfortable (after an 11h drive it was perfect). The host was really nice and told us a lot about the reagion and about Italy. Definetly we will return. Thank you!

the owners Samuel and his mother were super kind, friendly and very pleasant

Breakfast was excellent. we were able to make requests on how we like our breakfast and the owner was very receptive and willing to satisfy our needs. Thank you so much for the delicious home made pastries and the super delicious omelets.

I did not like that the sofa bed was not a queen size but was a single size one and that another single size bed was placed next to it to make feel like a queen size, but when we used it at night we had to keep pushing the beds together to close the gap between the two beds.

Riquísimo desayuno y muy buen descanso

Todo, desde la comodidad de las camas, la tranquilidad, las manzanas del aparcamiento, el rico desayuno, con pan integral, queso, salami, jamón, 2 tipos de croasanes rellenos, strudel, tarta casera de arándanos, mermelada, cereales, yogures y el rico café. Hemos estado de paso y hemos podido descansar muy bien. Samuel, el dueño, muy amable, aunque hemos llegado muy tarde, me ha contactado en menos de media hora desde que le he preguntado como podemos acceder, te lo explica muy bien y en resumen, una estancia muy agradable!!! Lo tendremos en cuenta para futuras ocasiones🤗🤗🤗

Personale simpatico e disponibile, impegnato a risolvere anche problemi di intolleranza alimentare a colazione. Posizione comoda per il centro.

Wifi non aveva segnale in stanza, il condizionatore in stanza merita una pulizia straordinaria del filtro che accusa lo stato, nelle condizioni di utilizzo a temperatura vicina alla temperatura ambiente, quando rilasci un odore non piacevole.

La posizione dell’agriturismo, per la nostra esigenza di raggiungere al mattino seguente sul presto la piscina comunale di Gorizia, era giusta, comoda. La colazione è stata gradevole: peccato che fosse stata allestita all’interno di un ambiente polveroso, disordinato, davvero poco curato, con odore di chiuso e poco areato.

La struttura non era adeguatamente pulita. Le camere (noi ne abbiamo prese due, una doppia e una singola) avevano ragnatele visibili, con ragnetti annessi e non erano pulite in maniera completa. Il frigo bar non era collegato. Tutto molto approssimativo e deludente
