Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesen Apartments als Familie sehr genossen (ich, mein Mann und unser vierjähriger Sohn). Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, hat uns im Voraus kontaktiert und alles sehr gut erklärt, sodass die Anreise und der Zugang zur Wohnung völlig unkompliziert waren, obwohl alles kontaktlos organisiert war.
Während unseres Aufenthalts blieb sie stets in Kontakt und gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für leckere Restaurants.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch, besonders durch die Nähe zu Slowenien.
Der Parkplatz war in der Nähe und für uns kostenlos.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht (sogar einen Mixer, eine Küchenwaage und eine große Auswahl an Geschirr). Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass uns zu Beginn Kaffee, einige Snacks und eine Flasche Wasser bereitgestellt wurden. eine sehr schöne Geste!
Wir danken herzlich für diesen warmen Empfang. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Appartamento delizioso e curato, gestito con estrema professionalità.
Abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento a Gorizia su Booking all'ultimo minuto e siamo arrivati in tarda serata. Nonostante il poco preavviso, la gestione del check-in da remoto è stata impeccabile. La proprietaria è stata presente, chiarissima nelle indicazioni e molto disponibile.
L'appartamento è davvero carino e si vede che è gestito con amore e un'attenzione RARA verso l'ospite. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario: dai set di cortesia completi (cuffie, struccante) alla casa perfettamente attrezzata con aspirapolvere, detersivi e una cucina ben fornita di ogni utensile.
Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la sua reattività e il gesto del rimborso; sono cose che possono succedere, ma la serietà di chi gestisce si vede proprio in questi momenti. Del resto tutto davvero bello, i nostri complimenti. La consigliamo vivamente e possiamo tranquillamente dire che ci torneremo.
L'unico intoppo è stato il divano letto: essendo già tarda serata e avendo due bambini piccoli, è stato un po’ antipatico trovarlo ancora chiuso. Inoltre, le lenzuola montate presentavano tracce di polvere e cioccolato. Nonostante ciò, la proprietaria però è stata prontissima: ci ha indicato subito dove trovare le lenzuola pulite così da rifare il letto, si è scusata sinceramente e ci ha persino riservato un piccolo rimborso parziale per il disagio causatoci.
