Fantastic place

Appartamento stupendo!!!

La casa è pulita, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. È arredata con gusto, i mobili sono nuovi e anche il bagno è molto bello e accessoriato. La zona è tranquilla, priva di rumori e vicina al centro. Assolutamente consigliata!!!

Avendo soggiornato d'estate sarebbero state comode le zanzariere alle finestre. Abbiamo risolto con le candele alla citronella.

🏡 Дуже гарні, просторі та чисті апартаменти, з усіма необхідними зручностями та девайсами: кавоварка, холодильник, телевізор, пральна машина, кондиціонер і тд. В апартаментах багато граних предметів декору, що створює затишок. Також, порадувала міні-бібліотека, де я побачив декілька цікавих книг. 🤗 Дууууже люб'язна та привітна господарка Антонелла. Вона завжди була на зв'язку через WhatsApp, а також пішла на зустріч і дозволила зробити чек-ін та чек-аут трохи пізніше, ніж зазначений на Booking час. 🏫 Розташування поруч з центром міста. 🚗 Є зарезервоване паркомісце, яке включене у вартість.

🥵 У другій кімнаті (спальні) не було кондиціонера, через що було трохи спекотно вночі. 🅿️ Зарезервоване паркомісце знаходиться за 100 метрів від апартаментів, в закритому дворі іншого будинку. І при заселенні та виселенні доводиться по два рази ходити туди-сюди: спочатку щоб взяти ключі, вікрити ворота та поставити автомобіль, а при виселенні - щоб відкрити ворота, забрати автомобіль, і віднести ключі назад в апартаменти.

Appartamento all’ultimo piano molto elegante ma funzionale, ampi gli spazi. Molto prossimo al centro storico di Gorizia e con in più il must del parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo.

Strada silenziosa ma a due passi dal centro. Posto macchina privato a 50 m da casa. Appartamento molto carino e comodo e dotato di tutto. Letto molto confortevole. Contatti con la proprietaria solo telefonici ma assidui. Lo consiglio.

Komfortable, ruhige, und zentral gelegene Stadtwohnung.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist superzentral und doch ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Antonella, die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfreich, unterstützend, sie hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und uns Apéro und Frühstück bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Die kleine Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne haben wir sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat kleine Fenster, deshalb ist sie auch bei Tageslicht eher düster. Bei einer ausgiebigen Dusche in der Badewannen/Dusche kann eine Überschwemmung nicht vermieden werden.

Bellissimo appartamento, curato nei dettagli e soprattutto molto pulito. Mi sono sentita a casa. Precisione massima in tutto. Antonella molto precisa nel fornirci ogni tipo di informazione sia per il check in che per la visita di Gorizia. La posizione eccellente.

Wunderschönes, top ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger, zentraler Lage – einzig 150 m zum Parplatz

Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit lokalem Charme und originellem Interieur! Die Ausstattung ist wirklich erstklassig – von der Kaffeemaschine über die Spülmaschine bis hin zur Wasch- und Trocknungsmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Zudem sind alle nötigen Haushaltsmittel inklusive. Besonders angenehm: sehr warm und gemütlich, perfekt für jede Jahreszeit. Die ruhige und nette Lage sorgt für Entspannung, während man gleichzeitig zentral in der Stadt wohnt. Ein sicherer Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, was ich besonders wichtig finde. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe, aber wichtig zu wissen ist, dass – wie für historische Städte typisch – man etwa 150 m zu Fuß gehen muss. Zweitens befindet sich die Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss (Dachgeschoss) und ist nur über die Treppe erreichbar. Das ist wichtig für Personen, die damit Schwierigkeiten haben. Für uns war das kein Problem, und wir hatten insgesamt viel Spaß!

Accogliente, comodo e spazioso

L'appartamento ha tutto quello che si può desiderare: è accogliente, bene arredato, ha una cucina completa di tutto, il letto e i cuscini sono comodi, è vicinissimo al centro e ha un posto auto privato. Noi non abbiamo incontrato personalmente l'host, ma siamo rimasti costantemente in contatto e ha fatto di tutto per soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. Insomma, ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Essendo mansardato, l'appartamento non è molto luminoso e in estate può diventare un po' caldo, ma nella zona giorno c'è l'aria condizionata.
