Excellent accommodation in the 2025 Capital of Culture, Gorizia. I will certainly return!

The design of the apartment is amazing. Very tasteful, and using the space very well. It was well-equipped and there was no sound from other apartments or from outside. The charming owner called by to say hello and recommended a local restaurant, Vecia Gorizia, which was excellent.

There were mansard windows but no windows overlooking the town, which is a shame as the town is very pretty. Also, the apartment is on the top floor of the building with no lift. It was quite a climb with heavy luggage. But these are minor details.

Lovely, clean and quiet and very cozy apartment . 2 very comfortable bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Great location. Anna was a perfect host. Very easy to communicate with, and attentive to detail.

Very nice stay in a seemingly brand-new, clean, warm, light and quiet apartment with fast internet.

I only stayed for a night, but i could book the apartment nevertheless, just one day before the stay. It was kind of an emergency so i was lucky to get it. I had a whole squeaky-clean, big, light and super-calm apartment just to myself (including the kitchen which is in the spacious living room). Everything is pretty spacious there. I had to kill some time before I could get into the front door of the house, but there's a very nice café just next door where you can wait and have a latte macchiato. To get the key for the apartment, there is a key box right in front of the apartment which is on the third floor (no elevator, I think, but I'm used to living on the fourth floor with no lift)- and the host sends you a little film on whatsapp which shows the way to get it out with the number combination and such. Pretty cool - and the simplest way to explain everything. So then you let yourself in. My toilet had a seal on it, which made me feel like i was the first person to move into this apartment. There was also still some blue tape in the fridge. It really looks like brand-new, this apartment. Everything was super-clean. And warm. (It was the beginning of autumn). My host (I think her name is Anna) was very forthcoming and then she also came later to to bring an extra little carpet for the shower for when you step out of the shower, and to meet me to see if everything was alright. She then also told me she had two other, smaller apartments which she rents for only 70€ a night. But I think those have no kitchen in them. She told me various options to get to my next airport in Trieste (Ronchi dei Legionari - the smallest airport you have ever seen - including a private taxi which she called for me to learn about the price. It costs 50€ by the way). Another friend in Gorizia had recommended the bus to me. In the end I took the train. You can totally walk to the train station (25 minutes maybe) from the apartment, if you only have a trolley with wheels.

There was no fruit-peeler, when I was there. All the other kitchen- equipment was there though. Even things like olive oil and salt and pepper and some other food / spices you usually need for cooking. Anna told me she would get a fruit peeler for future guests. I know it's a minor thing, but I can get real cranky if i can't peel my apples the way I'm used to. I could not easily open the droop windows which are high up, since it's an attic apartment. I need fresh air and the possibility of sticking my head out into the air. There's no such luck if you live in an attic apartment with high ceilings. The air in the apartment was warm and quite dry and I had a stuffed nose from a cold. Anna told me though, if there are more people, she usually gets out the ladder from some closet which was tucked away and locked. I could manage to open the windows by myself though, by climbing on one of the the two bar-stools which are there in the apartment. Which is a bit tricky and maybe also a bit dangerous. I suggested some poles with a hook on them to her. But maybe this ladder thing is just fine. Just be sure to tell Anna you need it, I'm sure she'll get it out for you. I was only staying there for a night, and I know it's quite a palaver, I'm a bit picky as a guest, I have to say- Anna has probably other guests to attend to too, who stay for longer.

Location is great, close to the center. The ambience is nice, although in the third floor. With heavy luggage a sportive stay. The welcome was very freindly, thanks so much. Very clean. The bathrooms are large and nice.

Parking is close, but especially on Saturday a challenge. But with the possibility to get luggage out of and into the car in front of the house, this is not that bad.

Tutto superlativo: la pulizia, il comfort, la posizione strategica. E sopra ogni cosa, la splendida accoglienza della signora Anna, la proprietaria. È stata squisita, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!

Posizione ottima vicina al centro. L'appartamento è perfetto: ordinato, pulito, vivibile; anche se non è disponibile il parcheggio presso la struttura è facile trovarne uno nelle vicinanze senza pagamento. La sig.ra Anna molto gentile e disponibile e che ringraziamo ancora una volta.

Pulizia, ordine, posizione, accoglienza. Appartamento ristrutturato in modo semplice e funzionale, completo di tutto il necessario, ideale per coppie di amici in quanto ogni stanza è dotata di uno splendido bagno. Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal centro storico.

Angenehme hohe Räume, nette Dekosachen, sogar Spiele für Kinder. Die Küche super ausgestattet mit kaffeetabs und Teebeutel. Die Besitzerin hat uns ein gute Tipps für die Stadt gegeben.

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen! Natürlich ist die Wohnung im letzten Stock, d.h. Stiegen steigen, aber auch nette Deko im Stiegenhaus.

Appartamento splendido in centro

Mansarda bellissima e ben ristrutturata in centro a Gorizia, molto accogliente ed arredata con gusto e cura ai dettagli. Le due camere da letto sono comodissime, i bagni dotati di docce enormi, il soggiorno ampio e con una bella cucina dotata di tutto (bollitore, macchina del caffè con cialde, microonde). Anna, la proprietaria, è una persona squisita, disponibilissima, è stata pronta ad aiutarci dall'inizio alla fine del soggiorno e si vede che ci tiene ai suoi ospiti. Ci torneremmo subito e sicuramente lo faremo se avremo modo di tornare a Gorizia.

E' vero che ci sono 3 piani da fare, ma a ogni pianerottolo ci sono anche delle poltroncine per riposare se qualcuno avesse bisogno! Ma sono fattibilissimi...

Appartamento curato, pulito, con una dotazione completa. Zona molto centrale. Parcheggio non lontano.

Bisogna farsi un po' di scale, senza ascensore, con il bagaglio. Si è in una mansarda da dove si vede un pezzo di cielo e nient'altro.

Fuimos dos parejas y tuvimos la privacidad como si hubiésemos ido solos. Las dos habitaciones a modo suite hace la diferencia. Detalles de diseño poco común en alojamientos de éste tipo. .

Atención a personas de movilidad reducida, es un hermoso departamento tres pisos por escalera, sin ascensor.
