The apartment was well equipped and had parking right in front. It also had air conditioning, which was perfect for the summer heat. The host was also very responsive.

solid stay for close access to the train station!

WiFi was spotty. Kettle would have been helpful and we couldn’t get the burners to work but it wasn’t a huge deal as we didn’t do any cooking. we certainly could have asked the host had we needed help as she was very responsive via WhatsApp.

Very good one night stay

We liked that it was ready so quick, we booked one hour before the arival, the host was very kind, the apartment very clean, it has a parking and it is close to the station.

The air conditioner was a bit too complicated for us, and it was a very a very hot night..

Perfect place to stay

Flat is quite big and very comfortable. Alessia organised it very well. You can find anything you need there and also its design is very nice. It's very close to the train station (I worried that sounds from there for would be bothering, but it was not disturbing us at all). It's very good if you visit Gorizia just for a while. Bus station is very close too. But Gorizia isn't so big, we preferred walking. Flat has a good kitchen. We saved a lot of money by preparing food by ourselves. If you are looking for a good comfortable flat and caring nice householder, this one is the best option. Alessia was very friendly and helping a lot. And if you like classical music, you will like this flat.

Pessima pulizia e pessimo sistema di riscaldamento. L’appartamento in sé non sarebbe brutto.

L’appartamento in sé non è male, grazie al tentativo di renderlo più accogliente con il tema della musica

Pulizia pessima, inesistente. Il lavandino del bagno non era minimamente stato pulito. Per non parlare della quantità di polvere sparsa su qualsiasi cosa. Pessimo anche il sistema di riscaldamento, penso che per risparmiare abbiano tolto quello centralizzato che è stato sostituito dai dei mini termosifoni elettrici che naturalmente in un ambiente così grosso fanno ben poco.

teško otvaranje boksa za ključeve, ništa se ne vidi, a ključ od ulaznih vrata ne funkcionira. krevet je strašno neudoban, pemekan i propadneš, sve je jako tamno. tuš kabina je premala za odraslog muškarca, kao i školjka u wc.

VI CONSIGLIO DI CERCARE ALTROVE "COME INDICATOCI DALLA HOST"

abbiamo dovuto pernottare dopo tante storie con il proprietario che ci ha invitato ad annullare la prenotazione per mancata pulizia, ovvero cestino pieno di spazzatura nel bagno, tubetti usati per l'igiene personale per terra ecc.

Casetta deliziosa a tema "musicale", pulita e in condominio tranquillo. Vicina alla stazione e con parcheggio in loco. A pochi minuti dal centro. Volendo c'è un bar - piadineria sotto al condominio (nulla di eccezionale ma utile in caso di bisogno).

Posizione tattica per chi arriva in treno (noi eravamo in bici), stanza grande, possibilità di portare la bici in casa

Disfunzionalità di alcuni spazi, come per esempio la cucina, mancante di spazi per appoggiare le cose e fare i lavori di cucina. Mancanza di luci sopra i fornelli. Doccia un po' piccola

Visto il prezzo non mi sento di condannare

Molto low cost

La tenda della doccia che si appiccica addosso perché il piatto doccia è troppo piccolo e la tenda adattata (forse un tempo era una cabina), il condizionatore non raffresca, il letto mateimoniale scandaloso: scomodissimo. Sprofondato al centro, come un’amaca, e cuscini altissimi. Ho dormito davvero male.

Ik was super verrbaasd om in een volledig smaakvol ingericht appartement terecht te komen. Zeer goede en duidelijke uitleg op voorhand ontvangen om de sleutel te vinden en binnen te gaan. Het getuigt van vertrouwen om op die manier je appartement ter beschiking te stellen. Alles wat je maar nodig had was aanwezig. Top!
