Perfect position in the city center. Everything is within walking distance. Clean and cozy apartment. Easy check-in.

You need to pay, if you wanna park your car.

Clean and tidy with a nice owner, but needs to be upgraded with a normal blanket.

Service - free pickup from the train station Hospitality - Pierluigi is very friendly Clean apartment - Everything was hygenic and tidy A big standing mirror and hangers for clothes. Air-condition Location - in the middle of Gorizia, 16 min from the station by walking.

The bedsheet was too thin, it wasn't even a blanket just a cover for the bed (it was cold) The tourguide only available in italian and german. No informations about the local tickets and public transportations. The doors are hard to open, always struggled with them.

Good apartment in central location

The location was perfect, the check-in and check-out processes didn’t require any interaction with the property owner, who was really available to help at any time for any kind of request.

The door wasn’t the best to interact with, the owner should have provided extra information about it, other than that everything was perfect.

Location is excellent, right in the town centre. The flat is modern and bright. A spacious and quiet one bedroom flat.

Because you are right in the town centre, if you don't know the area parking can be an issue, although it is not expensive, €4 per day in blu zone. Also bear in mind that it is on the second floor, without lift. Not a problem for us but could be for some.

Unkompliziert und empfehlenswert.

Sehr gute Lage und leichte Erreichbarkeit. Problemlose in der Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber - schnelle Antworten und hohes Maß an Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Wohnung war groß, hinreichend ausgestattet und mit einem kleinen Balkon versehen.

In der Küche hat ein scharfes Messer gefehlt und eine Pflanze hätte die Wohnung noch etwas aufgewertet.

Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung ist grossräumig, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Umgebung ist wunderschön. Ich kann nur empfehlen ❤️❤️❤️

Gorizia una bella scoperta, una comunità aperta e accogliente

Buongiorno. Siamo stati accolti con una cura inaspettata. Viaggiando con il treno siamo arrivati alla stazione e l' host era lì ad aspettarci. Ci ha accompagnati con la sua auto all'appartamento facendo con l'auto un percorso per presentarci Gorizua e i suoi luoghi più interessanti. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima perchè non lontano dalla stazione(15/20 minuti a piedi) e vicinissima al centro (5/10 minuti a piedi). Vicino abbiamo trovato ufficio informazioni e servizi di ristorazione (panifici, storanti e bar). L'appartamento è dotato di ciò che è necessario per soggiorni turistici. Grazie per l'accoglienza e la cura

Heerlijk ruime kamer in centrum van heel leuk stadje.

Heerlijk ruim appartement aan een heel gezellige straat van het leuke en kleine plaatsje Gorizia. Heel behulpzame gastheer op de WhatsApp die ons bijvoorbeeld goede tips heeft gegeven met betrekking tot een mooie autorit door de wijngaarden in de buurt.

Er zijn maar weinig keukenspullen aanwezig. Wij hebben er een keer gekookt maar het was een beetje behelpen.

Absolutnie wspaniały!

Absolutnie niesamowity Gospodarz, przez cały pobyt dbający o nas jak jeszcze nikt! Dzięki niemu trafiliśmy w przepiękne miejsce - do lokalnej winiarni, gdzie oprócz nas byli sami Włosi i mogliśmy poczuć autentyczny klimat Włoch, było to niesamowite doświadczenie! Apartament jest w genialnej lokalizacji, wszędzie jest blisko. Wszystko czego potrzeba jest pod ręką, a Gospodarz natychmiast odpowiada jeśli jest jakieś pytanie czy problem. Zdecydowanie polecamy i na pewno wrócimy! Grazie mille!

Lokalizacja super, czystość bardzo dobra, nowoczesne meble, dostępne ręczniki, i pościel oraz koce. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem.

Fajna byłaby mozliwość skorzystania z małej pralki - dla rodziny to cenne urządzenie :)
