Would recommend for a short stay.

Comfortable beds and quiet location of bedrooms (facing indoor courtyard), so we got a good sleep. The kitchen is well equipped (coffee machine is a plus) and free parking is available close by.

There is no balcony or garden, the entrance to the flat is from the street. The sofa is not really comfortable enough to sleep on.

Accommodation beyond expectations in Gorizia

Very stylish and modern apartment, clean, recently renovated, equipped with everything you need even for a long-term stay (although we only stayed one night, being in transit through Gorizia). Quick and convenient check-in and check-out, good interaction with the host who was very kind. Quiet area; nearby there is a pizzeria, a restaurant and a Lidl store; the border with Slovenia and the highway very close.

Great base for exploring this border location.

A modern, comfortable and spacious ground floor apartment, clearly designed as a holiday let. We loved its position, close to the border, with easy access to Gorizia and Nova Gorica centres (although the tunnel beneath Gorizia castle was unfortunately closed for renovation when we were there). It had everything we needed for a two-night stay. Communication with our hosts was excellent, and check-in - using an innovative door code system - was straightforward. Overall, a great base for exploring these border cities.

Alloggio molto spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno anche di più giorni. Parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Host molto cortese e reattivo.

appartamento con buon rapporto qualità-prezzo in posizione strategica, ottimamente assistito

Ottima la posizione, facile il check in, alloggio molto pulito, proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e a disposizione per tutte le richieste di extra, di check in, di assistenza "da remoto" in caso di inesperienza nell'utilizzo di piastre, macchina per il caffè etc. Sono stati gentili a lasciare cialde di ottimo caffè e varie tisane per noi. La loro disponibilità ha reso semplice l'organizzazione del viaggio.

Ad eccezione della stanza matrimoniale, che ha una grande finestratura e una dimensione generosa, ho trovato l'alloggio modesto/medio: non è molto luminoso e un po' umido, il divano un po' scomodo. Del resto, l'appartamento è al piano terra: questo conferisce pregi (parcheggio di fronte alla porta, accessibilità) e difetti del piano terra, ossia meno luce che sugli altri piani e apertura finestre su marciapiede.

Ben attrezzata, facile da trovare e super pulita. Accoglienza eccezionale. Parcheggio comodo in strada

Bagno senza finestra, infisso ed oscurante camera matrimoniale e zanzariera da sistemare. Ci fosse stata l’asciugatrice oltre alla lavatrice presente sarebbe il top.

Tranquila.

Ubicada a 10 minutos del casco histórico de la ciudad. Fácil aparcar delante o en un parking gratuito que hay justo en frente. Agradecemos la amabilidad del anfitrión. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el coche de camino a la casa y se preocupó por ayudarnos a solventarlo, tanto el día de ida como al día siguiente, cuando ya nos habíamos ido.

Non molto luminosa e posizione sulla strada un po’ rumorosa (si è su una strada a scorrimento veloce).
