The Apartment is directly located in the old city with direct access to bars and restaurants, as well as all the adventures, Carcassonne has to offer. It was very luxurious and very clean. The included parking is a great benefit, especially when staying a few days. When operating the electronic key system, one has to wait for the electronic lock to open before pushing on the door. So be patient and give it some time before you push the door. The host is always available via cell phone and all needs were immediately addressed. We had a great experience and will be back for more. 😁

Appartement joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Magnifiquement situé au cœur de la cité sans être dans la foule, il est bien insonorisé grâce au double vitrage. Les instructions étaient très claires, et le parking mis à disposition vraiment appréciable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

L'emplacement est idéal, au coeur de la Cité. L'appartement est néanmoins calme et très bien équipé.

This is a nice apartment and conveniently located within the old city walls. The problem is with the "free parking." You must first park in the municipal lot and then transport your bags on foot to the room (takes 10 minutes). But then be out of the lot to transport your car elsewhere having taken a photo of your license plate and sent it another person to get directions to a parking location that is not marked. You must be out of the municipal lot within 15 minutes of having parked or you will be charged for parking. Confusing right? The instructions to manage this labyrinth are not send until after you arrive. We gave up and our car spent the night in the municipal lot for a charge of 25 euros which management declined to compensate us for. Was informed that the city had recently imposed these new rules, but it really doesn't work. So the claim of free parking seems more of a marketing tool.
