About this apartment rental
Apartment in an old building entirely renovated, with an imposing view of the balcón on the city of CARCASSONNE world heritage of UNESCO. Located in rue Trivalle, typical street of Carcassonne, ideally located near the lower town and at the foot of the city, the street trivalle to a true village soul with its shops, restaurants, bars and heritage.
.Possibility to park for free near the apartment. Paid parking is also at the foot of the city.
The apartment has 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, a team kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, plate, oven etc) living room with TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a terrace with a bistro table overlooking the sea. ramparts of the city of Carcassonne. Can accommodate 6 people with the sofa bed with supplement (20 € per day and per person) and a cot can be offered with supplement (10 € per day).
Rental 2 nights minimum 125 € per night, bed linen and towels are provided, optional cleaning (30 €) .Caution of 350 € requested but not cashed refunded at the end of the stay
Check in time between 16h and 23h00. Departure times between 10:00 and 13:00. Key recovered on site with code allowing an arrival at your convenience.
Possibility from Carcassonne to visit the Cathar castles, the canal du midi, go to the seaside 60km, to the mountain 50km, visit the cellars and taste the wines of the country Corbières, Minervois ......

This apartment was perfect in every way. Fantastic balcony with a view of the castle and Rue Trivalle, comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Steps to many restaurants and shops.

The flat is ideally located. Everything needed is available, may be except a washing machine. Communication with rhe proprietary is very easy and open. I do recommend for a visit of Carcassonne.

Great apartment with air-conditioning in both bedrooms and a balcony overlooking le citie, perfect to sit outside for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
Bruno was a great host, very welcoming with recommendations on what to do and see, he even
gave a gift of a bottle of wine from his cooperative that was excellent.
We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again
