Location, cleanliness, and facilities.

Only small thing to mention was it would have been good to have a ‘ helpful info’ folder/sheet ie nearest shop, supermarket but it’s a minor point.

The location was perfect for exploring the medieval city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Lesa was really accommodating with an earlier check in and even letting us have access to the room on the day of departure to be able to leave our luggage.

There were vehicles on the street below making deliveries to the local restaurants from before the sun came up and they were very noisy.

Everything, ideal for Carcassonne, bright, airy & comfortable. Elsewhere in Europe there is a doona only but no sheet which means no covering at all if it is hot but it doesn’t work. Having a cotton sheet was terrific. Perfect location & Lesa is THE PERFECT host.

Location was great. Car parking nearby outside cite.

Difficult interaction and communication with the host. Was late to respond or did not respond at all. We had to park our car in a paid parking for a few hours until the host gave us the remote for the free included parking lot. The host said that the owners will refund the cost of the paid parking but they never did. Flimsy unstable furniture. Bed quite poor and bed orientation not functional and not comfortable. Pillows uncomfortable. General use of the space is not very practical or useful, rather unattractive. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, particularly in the kitchen area. Coffee machine but no coffee, just an empty dirty jar, and, ironically, just a few supermarket home-brand teabags while the owners have a fancy tea shop on the ground floor. Noise from outside at night even with windows and blinds closed.
