Julie was lovely. Very helpful and attentive on arrival. A very easy check in. Almost brand new Smeg kitchen gear, coffee macine etc. Top quality. Fantastic power shower. Lovely bedding and wonderful mattress. Amazing lication right by path leading up to old city. Very quiet too.

Las almohadas, el colchón, vista desde la ventana maravillosa, cercanía al castillo,libro de bienvenida a casa con instrucciones. Nos han permitido late check-in a las 12 . Muy buena comunicación para llegar al sitio.
En las habitaciones hace falta poner cortinas opacas, blackout porque entra mucha luz y no hay persianas de fuera. No he podido dormir bien por este motivo. No hemos encontrado ni un boli ni servilletas en la cocina. En el cuatro de baño no había puesto bolsa de basura, aunque la basura piden sacarla.
