Charmant appartement - proche château cité

The location of the apartment was fantastic. The flat was just as described. We had a big problem getting in as the address was not clear, it covered several flats and we had to talk with neighbours to try and find which was the apartment we were booked in to. This was because we had not received any entry instructions from Booking.com despite me emailing the day before. These finally arrived from Booking.com at the end of our stay - the day before departure! The host was most helpful in locating the keys.

Nothing. The apartment was very comfortable. Not for tall people though.

La localització,està aprop de tot a peu,si no vas amb infants petits.

Que quan vam arribar,avisant de l’hora i de que veníem amb infants,no van tenir en compte deixar la calefacció a un mínim perquè trobéssim l’apartament calent.La neteja,està acceptable,malgrat trobar cabells a les toballoles,…també feia olor de humitat,de no haver-se ventilat… Vam sortir d’hora,i de camí vam rebre un whatsapp de l’amfitrió,el qual ens donava una serie d’ordres de com havíem de deixar l’apartament(hi ha coses lògiques,com tancar finestres,deixar-ho tot a lloc mínimament endreçat,però el que no comparteixo és que ens faig netejar l’apartament per estalviar-se fer-ho.Entenc que quan deixes un apartament,habitació d’hotel,etc…el preu que tu pagues,hi hauria d’entrar la neteja,com a tot arreu.Doncs aquest senyor,pretén que el client que deixa l’apartament,el deixi net i endreçat,amb llençols,nòrdics i toballoles dins una bossa,entre altres detalls,…en fi,a punt de que si allotgin unes altres persones
