La Terrasse de Jules

This is a great location ... to visit the walled town AND to access great paths along river and canal for running. The view from atop the building was just SPLENDID, particularly at night!

From the pictures we expected the terrace to be good but what we did not expect was how spacious the house was. It was very comfortable. The location was excellent and the off street parking was an added bonus.

Instructions to get to the location and park were incorrect. The road it was on closed for construction so had to work our way in from the wrong direction on a one way road. It would have been nice to have been informed about this before hand. Once there the instructions to get to the private parking spot were incomplete and wrong. The spot when we finally found it was secured by a barrier which they had supposedly had a key for but on examination of the lock, there was a key broken off in the lock which made it unusable and unable to park there. A review of previous people who stayed there reported the same issue but apparently it never got fixed and we were still supplied the same wrong instructions which resulted in much frustration and wasted time. So if you go do not believe parking directions unless they have been updated.
