The bathroom was clean.

The room was actually an old kitchen with a pullout couch in it. The room smelled bad, even after keeping a window open to air it out. The other rooms might be different, but I don't recommend staying here if you get the kitchen room.

Host simpatico e affabile, stanza semplice pulita e calda al punto giusto bagno condiviso grande e accessoriato.caffe al mattino.a due passi dalla stazione di Corticella ci sono parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze.il prezzo pagato,a mio parere, è fin troppo basso

Arrivato di sera l ingresso è un po' buio (è un cortile privato non sulla strada) ma nulla di irreparabile

Il ragazzo è stato gentile

L'alloggio in sé , non avevo capito dalla descrizione che c'erano due stanze non comunicante,in più anche il ragazzo abitava nello stesso appartamento. Il bagno era condiviso tra tutti , un po' scomodo per una famiglia con bambini. Faceva un po' freddo,perché c'erano dei termosifoni vecchi ,ma erano solo tiepidi. Mancava la tenda in una stanza.

La mia camera si chiamava "cucina" perché era una cucina con divano letto e non una camera matrimoniale ampia come riportato nei dettagli della stanza, quindi non molto confortevole. Frigorifero rumoroso, caldaia che partiva ogni volta che qualcuno apriva l'acqua calda in bagno, odore strano e fastidioso. Anche se a prezzo più basso rispetto agli hotel, resta il fatto che la mia camera da letto non era una camera da letto. Molto delusa.

Une chambre très correcte dans un appartement très propre, un bon rapport qualité-prix

Le quartier est très calme. L'appartement est tenu très propre. Une cafetière du thé et de l'eau à disposition dans le couloir (partie commune), ainsi qu'un micro-ondes et un frigo. Grande chambre avec beaucoup de place pour poser et ranger ses affaires. Grande salle de bain, parfaitement équipée, et des grandes serviettes de toilette à notre disposition. L'hôte a été très sympa et arrangeant, de plus il parlait bien français ce qui a été pratique pour nous :) Un grand merci pour votre accueil !

Lors de notre arrivée il a fallu contacter l'hôte par téléphone pour obtenir les infos nécessaires pour accéder à la chambre. Attention donc à ne pas arriver avec un téléphone déchargé pour ne pas se retrouver coincé... Les seuls robinets accessibles sont dans la salle de bain commune, ce qui n'est pas toujours pratique. Surtout, l'appartement est loin du centre de Bologne, ce qui était une contrainte (dépendance envers les horaires de train ou de bus). Même s'il y a une gare (corticella) à deux pas, les trains pour le centre-ville sont pratiques (8 mn de trajet) mais hélas pas très fréquents. Nous avons donc plus souvent pris le bus (arrêt à 10 petites minutes de marche de l'appartement) , or le trajet est long (prévoir trois quarts d'heure-une heure au total ) et pour rentrer le soir, le service de bus s'arrête à minuit-1h du matin.

La camera è una zona cucina, è molto stretto non c'è abbastanza spazio da muoversi, posto letto è un divano letto. Sconsigliato per chi che spende qualche momento nell'alloggio, ma solo per chi che arriva dorme e poi parte subito
