A worst nightmare for Italian holiday

Nothing, it’s clean for the bottom line

Host was really rude and mean. We arrived around 10pm, they can’t open door for us, so we have to wait 30mins for someone to come and open the door. The next morning we heard from another guest, they had the same experience at 6pm, and they waited more than an hour till someone to open the door. Nobody was there for breakfast, the breakfast was also really poor. Walls are way too thin, you can hear other guest snoring in the night. Bed is not comfortable, pillows are too thin. The lady who showed up was super rude, first thing to say is we were there with kids. Even their policy says kids above 3 are welcome and free for extra bed. She charged 80euro extra cash( same amount as a full night) without giving any proof of payment. It feels like a mafia behavior.

Good accommodation for sleep over.

The host was very kind and helpful, we stay one night. Apartment is out of the city and it was great for the rest from city rush hour. Also, the city garage park is 20 minutes away by the car.

Io ho scelto la struttura perché c'era scritto che c'era la prima collezione nel frigo c'era merce scaduta bottiglie di succo aperte in avanzamento di acidità marmellate con muffa Nutella ancora peggio acqua in bottiglia di vetro che non so se dove vengono riempite una vera delusione la doccia senza chiusura e non aggiungo altro ma è stata una vera delusione.

Katastrophe, stand 1 Stunde vor der verschlossenen Türe und das bezahlte Frühstück war nicht vorhand

Man kann dort sicher und bequem parken.

Es fängt schon mit der Kommunikation an, wenn ich vermiete sollte ich meine Texte zumindest in Englisch vorbereitet haben. Ich habe ausserdem mitgeteilt, daß ich gegen 18.30 an der Unterkunft ankomme. Habe bisher keine Antwort bekommen. Stand knapp eine Stunde vor der verschlossenen Türe. Nur als andere Gäste kamen konnten wir das Appartment betreten. Die Unterkunft war mit Frühstück gebucht. Es stand ein am Vortag gedeckter Tisch für 4 Personen bereit. In der Unterkunft waren jedoch 8 Personen. Daher konnte ich leider kein Frühstück einnehmen. Eigentlich eine Frechheit. Dann hieß es man könne nach Öffnen des Gartentores 3 Minuten ausfahren, statt dessen schließt das Tor bereits nach einer Minute. Etwas wenig Zeit von der Unterkunft ins Auto, ausparken und ausfahren. Wieder schreiben und warten bis das Tor extern geöffnet wird.

La struttura arrivando di sera col buio non era così visibile, comunque la stanza bella, pulita, letti abbastanza comodi e la posizione comoda per la fiera.

sicuramente la colazione, sappiamo che purtroppo nei b & b si può solo servire cibi confezionati però non c'erano nemmeno yougurt e la frutta non era così fresca, decisamente migliorabile

La camera era pulita e abbastanza nuova.

Era molto fuori mano, abbiamo scelto questa struttura di ripiego dopo che ci avevano cancellato la struttura prenotata per tempo e cancellata pochi giorni prima della partenza. Nella stanza non erano presenti né shampo né bagnoschiuma , la doccia grande e spaziosa ma il soffione a soffitto praticamente inutilizzabile perché incrostato dal calcare e l'acqua non scendeva, la colazione scarsa ,, solo merendine del market neanche un succo di frutta e un unica bottiglia di acqua per 4 persone , tante piccole cose che andrebbero migliorate visto che il costo di 100€ farebbe pensare ad un trattamento più attento .

Devo ritornare a Bologna. Città molto bella da visitare a piedi.

La tranquillità del posto. il parcheggio sicuro e la stanza. Forse il materasso era un pò troppo morbido per le mie abitudini. La cortesia della sig.ra al telefono che ci ha guidati all'interno della struttura.

Non aver avuto la possibilità di conoscere la sig.ra della struttura che, come detto sopra, è stata gentilissima. Bisogna rivedere i prodotti per la colazione. Essendo una struttura che può somministrare solo cibi pre-confezionati si gradirebbero prodotti mono-porzione come: - crostate piccole imbustate singolarmente e non la crostata intera che non si sa da quanto tempo è stata tagliata e posta nel vassocio con coperchio; - i succhi di frutta in brick singoli e sigillati e non bottiglie mezze piene o addirittura quasi vuote. Non si può sapere se qualcuno prende una bottiglia ci bene vicino e poi la ripone, soprattutto i bambini quando hanno sete.

La struttura è carina e le stanze tutto sommato confortevoli.

Ho trovato la muffa nella marmellata e per cinque giorni non ho mai visto cambiare i cibi serviti per colazione. Una doccia trasparente in una stanza doppia potrebbe non essere una buona idea. Il sistema di domotica si è guastato ed ho aspettato un'ora chiuso fuori casa, prima che i gestori risolvessero il problema (che in realtà non è stato del tutto risolto).
