Good place to stay when visiting Bologna

Staff was very helpful and friendly from reception to the breakfast room. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good in the morning with a variety of food. It was fairly easy to reach from the motorway and plenty of space to park the car. The bus station was literally outside of the hotel and took the Number 25 to the centre which was around 20 minutes and cost Euro 2.50 per person. you can pay by card or cash.

The stay was very good and definitely happy with the room, hotel and staff. Just the couple things which let it down in

The property was unique and the staff were always on hand to help. We were even given a free upgrade to a better room upon arrival! Having a WhatsApp number to contact and response time was always super quick.

We had a load of little bugs/insects get into our bathroom, which was frustrating as my partner and I got bit to shreds. But once raised the cleaners were on hand quickly to clean everywhere. Although, bugs still managed to get in through a crack in the floor which we raised and would hopefully be fixed. The hotel looks as if it is quite close to Bologna Centrale on the map, and although it’s only a 20 min or so bus journey, it would be an hour walk into the centre.

A LITTLE DIAMOND IN BOLOGNA OUTSKIRTS.

The hotel is located about 6-7 klm away from the city center but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel - Bus #25 - make sure you get the correct #25 bus in your way back to the hotel. It is only a 15 min bus ride - 20 euro the taxi ride in less than 10 min. Breakfast is very good so the people at the front desk and restaurant. Rooms are rather large and clean - daily cleaning as well. It's only 10-15 min to airport ride.

I don;t think I have something negative to say - except the location but it was my choice and the combined transportation solves the issue.

Great and amazing hotel experience stay looked after by the staff

The hotel is very modern, very well designed with special attention to the details, specially from the staff team who went to extra mile to make me feel like at home away from home with some nice and thoughtful details left in my room. Starting by the wonderful and fantastic service, professionalism and kindness from the receptions, specially Emanuela (if i do not recall wrong the name) who made sure she went to the extra mile to make sure I had a welcome birthday card on my room before checking it. Also she offered my a welcome bday drink at the bar, prepared nicely by the bartender, who also offered me some snacks and also took care of me during the diner. Food in the restaurant was great and the breakfast next day was outstanding due to the great range of items and the quality of the food. The hotel common areas, corridors and rooms smell really good, it really want make you have a 5 sense experience, going through all the senses. Dont have enough words to appreciate all the great work and 5 stars hospitality and service I had with you guys, keep it up. Minibar options were great!! And moreover, the coffee machine inside the room is one of the best, I had the same one in a 5* resort villa in Greece last year, so that says a lot!

Nothing negative to mention really. The hotel has a bus stop literally next to it where you can pay with card or cash the ticket to take you to the old time, takes 20 minutes. However the hotel also has a parking if you are driving, which is very convenient if you want a good value for money stay and experience and you do not want to pay parking in Bologna old town as the traffic is bad sometimes with many ongoing renovations on the streets, so this hotel is a perfect option for stress free.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the infrastructure is very good and most importantly, the staff was excellent! Breakfast is delicious and covers all tastes. Very good location if you travel by car. You can get the bus to the city center just outside the hotel.

The hotel is currently being renovated and it is the middle of an industrial estate. Having said that, it has a great gym, 6 minutes from the airport, it has a huge parking the staff is really friendly and they did what they could given the renovation to keep us happy. We even received our breakfast in the room. The rooms are big, clean and the bed is comfy with air conditioning. It was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay.
