Reasonable stay

Clean, good air-conditioning, reasonable price. Close to where I needed to be on that day.

Mattress quite saggy. No access card, instead 4 keys to get in and out of the property. They have parking at the back but guests cannot use it. Not ideal if you have a car. Road quite busy during the day.

Very clean, peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Bologna.

The property was very, very clean and organized. It felt as if we were the first guests to use the room. Flawless. Roberta, the host, was receptive. She sent me a message to schedule my check-in time and she assisted us during check-in and check-out and explained everything about the property. Excellent air conditioner, beautiful view from the windows. A very peaceful place. A 1-2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There is a bus to the city center. We even took the bus from city center to the property late at night and everything was fine.

Perfect for a lone rider!

I received a warm welcome from Roberta, who provided all the information before the stay - how to get there, which is easy and only takes 15 minutes from Bologna Centrale (direct bus) - and during the stay. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable night. You can also use the kitchen, which is fully equipped. Grazie!

Lovely stay.

Lovely room, clean fresh bedding, two extra blankets for night time when cooler. Air conditioning for during the day. Use of kitchen good. External bathroom very good & clean. Roberta very accommodating, I asked for extra time on check out and was no problem, I also arrived earlier than anticipated and was no problem. I sat and had a coffee at the cafe right next to property. Bus stop right outside less than 1 min and 27A bus to Centre. Supermarket 10 minutes walk. Great restaurant Casa Trattoria 10 minutes through the park right next to B&B..

If I stay in future I would prefer en-suite bathroom. I was at the front of the building and road noise was bad as were upstairs neighbours but that's not Roberta's fault.

Nice place to stay, 20 min from the center.

We stayed for one night with my friend, it's a nice clean place with a separate kitchen and bathroom for your use. It's a far distance from the center, so bear in mind can take you about 20min drive by car. We are by car, so was not an issue, but if you don't have transport can take a while to go to the city center by public transport, better than a taxi.

Superb

The owner is a super nice lady. We were coming for a festival that was starting 10.30, so 15.00 check-in was impossible for us. So we are really grateful for letting us in 9 o'clock in the morning to leave our backpacks and change before the festival. The room is clean with a comfortable bed. Private bathroom with rain shower. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff was very polite and I was able to check in early. The room was clean, well-ventilated and had aircon.

Perhaps the room could do with a bin. The only bin I had was in the toilet.

The apartment is very clean,some distance from the city center,but next to the house is a bus stop ,and the bus runs after every 15 min.Also close is a supermarket Sigma. The host is very friendly,explanes everything.

Complicated check in, far from the city center but good for one night

It was quiet. We liked the private bathroom. It was quite spacious and we had the necessities

It was very far from the center. It was annoying that we had to call a person to meet with us on certain time to give us the keys. It could be easier with self check in system. We had to pay six Euros for taxes in cash for two people for one night.

Very good

The room is nice and well prepared, with access to a fully equipped kitchen too. The location a little way out but it is an easy travel to the centre and Bologna central station bus, 27 is your friend 🙂. I love Bologna beautiful place I also traveled to Moderna and Parma by train easy to to see both cities in 1 day .. recommend this place.

The bed was a little soft for me..but that is probably my choice.

The room is exactly as in the photos. It is very convenient because the stop of the bus to Bologna Central Station is a step away from the entrance of the building. Very clean and nice. The building itself is located next to a small, quiet park. The apartment has a shared kitchen with two other apartments. I forgot some stuff in the fridge. I called the owner, Roberta, and she was very accommodating to pass it on to a company that handles lost luggage at hotels, for which I thank her very much.

Land lady was very nice. The sheets were done every day. Room had air conditioner even though i didn't use it as i have a medical issue that makes me sensitive to them. Even though the location is a bit far from the center the bus station is right near and the bus travels all the time

Casa al primo piano, in una zona di bologna comoda per arrivarci in auto con parcheggi comodi, stanza e bagno molto spaziosi, ed host gentile e disponibile.

la stanza non è molto luminosa e per entrare uscire ci sono da fare 4 passaggi di chiavi tra portone, porta blindata ecc...ecc... capisco per la sicurezza

Struttura ottimamente tenuta e pulita, comoda per raggiungere il centro con fermata del bus a pochi metri, gestore molto cordiale che ha lasciato in camera un utile foglio con numeri utili, elenco locali per mangiare in zona e indicazioni per raggiungere il centro città. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, da tornarci.

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima ed ospitale fin da subito, ci ha pulito la camera prima dell'orario previsto per farci sistemare al meglio. Alle spalle di trova un parco immenso e bellissimo dove poter passeggiare in tranquillità. Di fronte l'ingresso della casa si trova una fermata bus indispensabile.

Tutto perfetto! Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto direi di installare un tv moderno con accesso a internet, ma solo perché c'è questa domanda. Assolutamente non indispensabile.

Sehr groß und geräumig, bildschönes Bad, für die Fahrräder Abstellmöglichkeit im Garten optimal, Bus in die Stadt vor der Haustür, fußläufig exzellente Trattoria, nur durch den Park, Frühstück in Bar 200m

Es gibt viele Türen Schlösser, sicher vor Diebstahl oder Überfall ja, aber bei Feuer….

La struttura è in linea con quanto proposto, ha a pochi passi anche un supermercato molto fornito. Unica pecca: non c'è parcheggio, bisogna parcheggiare nel parcheggio antistante il supermercato, ma, come detto, è a 200 mt.

Leggermente fuori mano, ma ne vale la pena

Essenziale, pulita e cucina attrezzata a disposizione. Vicinanza al Alchemica Music Club. Sta letteralmente attaccata ad un parco con un carinissimo laghetto pieno di fauna locale, anatre di diverse specie, un cigno nero e piccioni. Pacifico e sereno, un bello scorcio verde da non lasciarsi scappare.

Leggermente scomodo da raggiungere anche se si scende a Corticella: a piedi circa 30 minuti, sennò bisogna prendere un bus e ci si impiega 10 minuti. Il bar di fianco alla struttura non ispira molta fiducia...
