El apartamento está bien equipado, cerca del casco antiguo, unos 15 minutos andando. Hay sauna en el apartamento. Aparcamiento está en la calle pero cómodo en frente del edificio.
El bloque de pisos no tiene ascensor y está ubicado muy cerca de la calle, hace ruido al abrir las ventanas, con ventanas cerradas no se escucha ruido.

Czysto, schludnie, super lokalizacja dla rodzin z dziećmi. I ta sauna w mieszkaniu. Super sprawa po wyczerpującym spacerze.
Jedyny mankament to sedes w łazience który chlusta woda po za WC.

Lokalizacja ok 15 min pieszo od Starego Miasta. Sam lokal bardzo czysty i dobrze urządzony. Idealny na kilkudniowy wypad do Torunia. Parking ogólnodostępny dla mieszkańców miał wolne miejsca.
Lokal mieszkalny znajduje się w bloku wielorodzinnym. Z racji bliskości arterii drogowej wewnątrz słychać było ruch uliczny (przy uchylonych oknach). Poza tym apartament całkowicie spełnił moje oczekiwania.
