Amazing location, beautiful apartment. Great value for money and very clean!

The internet wasn't very good, but we were not using it much, only to plan out days.

Amazing location in the heart of old town Toruń. Close to everything and easy to get to by taxi from the train station.

It was more about our own misunderstanding about the bedding configuration. We thought it was two single beds in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living but it’s all in the living area. We were so grateful the staff arranged a second apartment for us on the spot and we had two which was perfect 😊 I admit we are at the end of our trip and so this lack of understanding really was due to our own fatigue and not to do with the staff 😊

Location in a beautiful old building in the old town. Communication was clear as to how to get in and the apartment itself was beautiful. Amazing view and atmosphere in apartment no.6 out into the centre at front of building. Well insulated from noise and all round comfy.

Didn't bother us, but stairs would be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Location was the best thing during the stay. It was at the very beginning of the old town so it was quiet and easy to access all the touristic attractions wit- thin walking distance. The fridge was useful and a kitchen towel was handy.

The floors were squeaky and with gaps. No sound proofing. could hear the people with the kids in the above apartment - they were screaming and running late in the evening after 11pm. Ironing board was far too small to use. The shower room did not have a good smell and the drainage system must have been blocked as during the shower water would gather and I was standing in a puddle. The whole check in process could be smoother. It would be helpful to know the entrance codes before the arrival instead of calling the numbers provided to find out the codes as this information was not received beforehand.
