Bliskość centrum miasta (starówka), zadbane mieszkanie, czystość. Pościele i ręczniki w mieszkaniu.
Mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze w kamienicy, niektórym może to przeszkadzać że okna są nisko i wszystko widać z zewnątrz. Są zasłony w oknach ;) pisze to jedynie informacyjnie, bo znam ludzi którzy nie lubią takich mieszkań.

Brak miejsca parkingowego. Bardzo duży problem naleźć miejsce dla auta nawet przy ulicy. Trochę probletyczne zamki w drzwiach

The location is perfect, short walk to the walking street. It’s on G floor, easy access and no need to carry luggges trough the stairs
Floors are dirty, very bad drainage, clog on the drain during shower, start to flood when 2nd person starts to shower. Apartment is small and a bit crowded for 4 person.
