Love Szeged

Bed for adults. Comfortable, perfect. I slept great, better then at my home. Silence, not crowded place, three apartments building everything is new, or almost new, private parking, we'll equipped kitchen and apartment with different consumables, soaps, detergents.

Bed-Cot for baby, it was broken and only used at night and leaning to wall because baby can fall out if there is no wall. All the time baby was out of the cot because of that and it was hard to do anything together. Tap water smelled bad, like sulphur or similar, we didn't used for cooking. Dishes and pans are teflon coated and scratched well, it is no longer healthy to use. I advise replacing or buying a steel pans. No nespresso/dolce gusto machine.

Nice cozy flat close to the center

Fresh, friendly look, cozy feeling, crib prepared on request, close to center, parking lot included, clear and responsive communication with host. We even got an iron!

Bathroom: - Water flows from under the sink - Water smells sulphuric, therefore we didn't dare to drink - Towels didn't smell good

I cannot give an assessment of this location, as we could not stay there, because a few hours before arriving at the location, the owner gave us a message that the apartment was under renovation. A totally unprofessional attitude towards tourists and offering us another location in return that was much worse than the first location we had booked, putting us in a position to accept, not having time to book something else. I doubt that on the very day she knew it was booked, she started renovating the apartment. A message that it was no longer available even a day before we got there, I don't think it was too much of an effort. It's a shame that we had to end a beautiful vacation with such disappointment from a lady who thinks that's how it is okay to behave with tourists.

Not a downside, just keep in mind that there is a small city tourist fee on top of price (2 euro per person per night), so have small change on you (€ or HUF).

This is a modern and well kept apartment with private parking

The apartment complex was easy to find, and it was easy to park the car inside the allocated parking spot. Instructions from host on how to open the garage and apartment door were easy and complete. The place was clean and had all the amenities required. This is a perfect location for any traveler, as it is also in walking distance of restaurants/supermarkets.

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult acest apartament, este curat, echipat complet, spațios, loc de parcare gratuit în curtea complexului. Locația este amplasată foarte aproape de centru, accesibil la pas în maxim 10min. Comunicarea cu proprietara a fost foarte bună. Check-in și Check out facil, se realizează , în baza unui cod primit de la proprietara. Cu siguranță o să revenim aici.

Lepo sredjen stan, prijatan odmor, krevet u spavacoj sobi udoban, lep šank/ sto, velika tus kabina, dobro grejanje u

Lokacija je dobra, 3 min peške do Arkada, samo malo vise do centra. Lep apartman, funkcionalan, parking u okviru dvorišta sve pohvale, izuzetno lep kompleks zgrada. Tus kabina dovoljno velika, laka komunikacija sa gazdaricom, stan je nov i sa ukusom sredjen.

Neprijatan miris u stanu, kao da je pod obrisan trulim dzogerom, nisam uspela da shvatim da li miris dolazi iz toaleta ili je od kanti koje su bile u ostavi u hodniku. Krevet u dnevnoj sobi neudoban za spavanje za krupne i visoke osobe.

Brak instrukcji do obsługi klimatyzacji, rolet , internetu. Urządzenia byly tak nowoczesne dla nas, że nie potrafilismy ich obsługiwać :)))

Перфектни указания за достъп до апартамента. Напълно оборудвана кухня, баня, спалня както и удобства за третия гост. Предимство е наличието на паркомясто. Много е тихо и свежо. Центърът е на пешеходно разстояние. Сегед е неочаквано бижу в Унгария. Ползвахме апартамента два пъти за около 15 дни.

Ár-érték arányban remek szállás pár napra, de akár hosszab időre is.

Remek elhelyezkedés, gyalogosan is kellemes sétával elérhető a belváros. Mi az érkezésünk napján az udvari parkolót vettük igényben és csak a távozás napján használtuk újra az autót. A környéken minden megtalálható, éttermek, bolt, cukrászda, játszótér. A lakás nagyon jól felszerelt, kifejezetten örültem a mosógépnek (az utazás előtt már tájékozódtam van-e mosoda a környéken), a beépített szekrényeknek és a kényelmes konyhának. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és rugalmas volt az apartman elfoglalásával kapcsolatban.

Két apróságot jeleztem a szállásadó felé, de ezek apróságok, amik valószínű nem fognak másnak problémát okozni :)

Das Apartment ist traumhaft schön. Das Haus steht in einem Hinterhof und ist so geschützt vom Straßenlärm. In diesem Hof befindet sich auch der private Parkplatz. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alles wirkt neu und sehr gepflegt. In ca. 10 min ist man zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum.
