Good apartment

The location is great, easy to go everywhere. Paid parking with a lot of space just across the building.

The windows are letting the cold in, it was difficult to sit in living room or sleep during one night. The plates wasn't washed good...

My stay in the apartment was made exceptional by the comfortable bed and the host's responsiveness

First and foremost, the bed in the apartment was not only large but also incredibly comfortable. After a long drive, it was the perfect respite, allowing me to recharge and unwind in utmost comfort.

It is a brilliant location, excellent bed and a well equipped kitchen.

Good location in a quiet area next to the city center, tram stops and bus station. Clean, cozy and modern apartment with all needed facilities.

The internet connection was very unreliable. The intended network was inaccessible and the available one had a very weak and unstable signal, was very slow and even dropping quite often.

Specious enough. Well equipt. Location is perfect. It was very easy to get in.

The only thing that I can say was missing is thw hairdryer and only becaus it was writren that that there should be one. Everything else was good.

Had a very nice stay here!

I travelled to Szeged for work and stayed here for 5 nights. I felt at home there! The location is quiet and convenient. The flat has everything I need and more. The owner is very friendly and ready to help.

At the beginning I could not connect to the Internet but the owner helped me to call the internet provider and solved the problem.

Perfect location (short walking distance from the city centre), easy to find a parking in front of the building. The apartment is nice and cosy. The host is kind and always ready to help and answer all our questions.

Pleasant

Warm floors which can be regulated (fyi, the dial also regulates the radiator in the bedroom).

1) The shower is old, looks like it's falling into pieces and generally very uncomfortable to use. 2) The bedroom is situated right above the cafe (see photo). It was closed during our stay, so I can't say anything about possible noise, just be aware of the fact. Besides, the bedroom window is very low and overlooks the pavement, so people outside can easily see you changing clothes. I would recommend to keep the curtains closed at all times, if you want privacy. 3) The neighborhood is far from quiet: there is a quite a busy interception and a tram line on the parallel street. 4) Some of the furniture is also quite tired. 5) Due to the absence of radiators (and physics law) you can't sit on the sofa in winter - cold air descending from the window is blowing on your neck pretty heavily. 6) There are no hangers in the bedroom wardrobe and the shelves are occupied with blankets. Overall not a very comfortable place to stay for a middle-aged woman (or a couple), I'd say. Oh, and btw, beware of the neighbours, which threw a very loud party Friday night (including choral singing) till 3 am during our stay.

Excellent apartment

The apartment is spacious, comfy and well equipped. The area were is located was quiet during the night. We had a lovely stay!

The mattress was a bit too firm for me, but that is just a personal preference.

Modern, barátságos lakás a belváros közelében

A belváros mindössze pár percnyire van gyalogosan (8-10 perc séta), a buszpályaudvar szintén a közelben található. A vasútállomás kb. 20 perc gyalogosan. A közelben van egy Tesco Express üzlet kb. 3 percre, mellette kávézó-cukrászda, illetve 2 söröző. Padlófűtés a nappaliban, radiátor a hálóban. Jó a hangszigetelés, pedig az utcára néznek az ablakok. A nyitható ablakon volt szúnyogháló a nappaliban. A törölközők puhák. Bár 1. emeleten van a szállás, de van lift is a házban. A félemeleten közös terasz található. Összességében korrekt, jó kis szállás, mindenkinek ajánlom. A környék biztonságos, bár ez egész Szegedre igaz. Olyan volt minden, mint a közölt fotókon.

Moderan stan i čist iznutra. Vlasnik ljubazan. Ključ u svoje ruke. Nema vidjanja. Dogovor je preko telefona i uputstva za ulazak u zgradu i stan.

Parking se naplaćuje, a na ulici ako stanete ispred apartmana opet vam naplaćuju, tako da ne postoji rezervisano parking mesto sa smeštajem. A s'obzirom da je centar, nigde ne možete parkirati u blizini a da je besplatno Wi-Fi signal je loš. Nisam bila u mogućnosti ni sa kim da kontaktiram. Ako upotrebljavate kuhinju, treba vam sve da dokupite, fali šećer, ulje, biber, brašno.. Itd. U kupatilu fali isto osnovna higijena :šampon, balzam, kupke.. Sve morate da kupujete samostalno po prodavnicama Segedina.

Elhelyezkedés remek. Városközponttól nem messze, ez remek. Az árak tükrében tökéletes.

Nagyon tetszik a felszereltség. Jó a légkondicionálóval való ellátottság és a WiFi elérhetőség.

A zuhanypanelt nem tudtuk használni. Odaérkezés után csepegett a a víz a felső tusolófejből. A kabinban hajszálak voltak. A tisztaság inkább közepes értékű.

A wc ülöke törött volt, a lepedő lyukas, elhasznàlt. A paplan, pàrna kènyelmetlen. A mosogató csap szinte szètesett, a mosogatószivacs undorító, hasznàlhatatlan. A tusoló règi vízköves, a kilèpők elhasznàltak.

Minden egyértelműen le volt írva egy emailben.

Nem találkoztam a szállásadóval, nem kérdezte meg, minden rendben van-e. Jelezni lehetett volna a parkolásnál, hogy pár méterrel odébb másik zóna van, feleannyiért állhatok meg. A lakásban a szekrényekbe bedobált holmik voltak: ágynemű, takarítószerek. A zuhanykabinban le volt törve a szabályozókar. Igénytelen.

Véleményem a szállásról

A hálószobában az ággyal szemben van az ablak és a kinti lámpa beszűrődő fénye nagyon hangulatos, de aki nem szereti annak van sötétítő függöny. Ezen kívül a terasz szép volt és hangulatos. Az ágy kényelmes volt.

A fürdőszoba megérne egy misét. Csatorna szag volt bent, és a zuhanyfej már elég régi volt, ráférne egy kis reform. Ezen kívül az oldalon az szerepel: minden szoba tartalmaz erkélyt, ezzel szemben az enyémnek nem volt erkélye. Egy teraszt tudtam igénybe venni, ami egyébként gyönyörű, csendes és hangulatos volt. Gyakorlatilag közös használatú, de egy lakó sem jött a teraszra amikor kint voltam, így végülis olyan volt, mintha az enyém lenne :) úgy láttam hogy a többi lakásnak van saját erkélye, így nem jönnek le a teraszra.
