Nice accommodation

Location was great, bed was comfortable, parking was great, check-in was easy, furniture is great and futuristic.

City tax should be included in price, but instead I was asked to pay additional fee. Towels were rough and smelly, also the sheets (I guess they weren’t dried properly). There is Nespresso machine but no at least two capsules to use them upon arrival. Small things matter

Cosy stay for good price

Overall 9/10 Please take our feedback kindly as we invested time and patience to write it! Long story short, we recommend this listing for two people stay in Szeged, even a long one. It is also suitable for people with small children and for a short stay it can accommodate 3 persons. If it weren’t for some communication issues it would be 10/10. Want more details? Read on :) Value for money: 10/10 Apartment is well equipped, stylish and cosy. It has all you could possibly need on the perfect location in city center. Location: 10/10 Couple of minutes of walk from all relevant sightseeing spots. Communication with hosts: 5/10 Communication was a bit passive aggressive (maybe it is language barrier on both ends or different communication styles). They insist on not providing instructions up front in fear we’ll come sooner then we should or brake in (I don’t know), but I see that is a common practice in Hungary. Although I explained our issue was we do not have internet access on the road, they provided us the instructions just at our arrival. I had to buy roaming internet in order to be in touch with the host. When we got the instructions, we were informed we should pay 1600Ft extra for some taxes. This was never communicated up front and when I pointed this out they said: “Then if that's a problem, you don't have to pay” so we did not. Up side is we were allowed early check in which we really appreciated. Check in/Check out experience: 9/10 Instructions were ok and we smoothly cheeked in. If it weren’t for the whole back-and-forth about the instructions, it would be 10. Parking: 10/10 Having garage in the building which you can reach through elevator is excellent. It would be nice to have a small key safe in front just for the gate door so guests don’t have to go up to take/return gate remote. Furniture: 10/10 Everything is brand new and very well preserved.

The property was very well maintained, stylish and modern. Everything was comfortable. It was close to a big shopping centre and the main attractions.

They had onsite parking although it is difficult to access with a low car but that is more of a building issue than the apartment. So with the apartment, we have nothing negative to say.

Cozy city break

Pre svega lokacija je perfektna, sve je na nekoliko minuta hodom, bez obzira što je u pitanju manji grad, do svih lokaliteta možete stići peške. Pritom opremljenost apartmana je zaista domaćinska. Očigledno je da se neko smisleno pozabavio opremanjem. Apartman za svaku preporuku, kako za kraći boravak, tako i za duži odmor. Kako je na slikama koje su u opisu apartmana sve je realno i verodostojno. Ne postoji ni jedna stavka koja nije istinita, a navedena je u opisu. Pritom komunikacija sa vlasnicom je bila izuzetna, veoma jasna i predusretljiva.

Sve je bilo bez zamerke, ali zaista bih volela da smo imali udobnije jastuke. Krevet je bio udoban, posteljina prijatna i čista i bolji jastuci bi samo podigli nivo do savršenstva.
