SJAJNO!

Sve je odlično! Apartman je čist, udoban, lepo sređen i opremljen svim što je potrebno. Mi smo bili 5 dana i bez ijedne zamerke smo. Mirnan je kraj, a i stanari, mesto za parkiranje je odmah ispred zgrade... Baš smo zadovoljni!

Az apartman szép, modern és ízléses. Jó méretű szobák, és csendes lokáció.

Sajnos iszonyú dohány szag volt az apartmanban, ez nagyon zavart minket. Az ágy kifejezetten puha, amit mi nem találtunk kényelmesnek, de lehet hogy másnak oké.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm – die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Leider war die Matratze im Schlafzimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: sie war stark durchgelegen, sodass ich darin eingesunken bin und dort nicht schlafen konnte. Abgesehen davon war jedoch alles sehr gut.

A szállás új, rendezett, nagyon tiszta. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A ház többi részében is minden kéznél van. Ha arra járok, biztos igénybe veszem még.

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit Liebe eingerichtet und großzügige Grundausstattung an Verbrauchsartikel

Ich vergebe selten 10 Sterne bei einer Bewertung, aber hier tue ich es mit ganz kleinen Abstrichen. Das Apartment ist schön aufgeteilt, modern und vollständig mit Stil ausgestattet. Das Vermieter legt Wert auf Qualität und gute Produkte und stellt auch genügend Verbrauchsmaterial zur Verfügung. Nespresso Maschine und Kapseln, sehr guter Tee, sehr guter Wasserkocher und auch in der Dusche eine große Auswahl an Pflegeprodukten. Er reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Zugang unproblematisch über einen Code und Schlüsselsafe. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür gefunden. Elektronische Rollos mit Fernbedienung vor den großen Fenstern. Sogar Hausschuhe vorhanden. War perfekt für uns. Zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit, und von dort fährt die Straßenbahn in die Stadt und es gibt eine Bäckerei und Cafe fürs Frühstück dort.

Es gibt wenig Kritik. Das Einzige was mir einfällt ist dass kein Lift vorhanden ist, und man die Koffer halt über die Treppe in den 2. STOCK transportieren muss. Die Wohnung liegt auch ca. 1,6km vom Zentrum entfernt, wer dorthin laufen will, braucht etwas Zeit für die wunderschöne Stadt Szeged.

Un appartement tout confort tout douillet dans une rue super calme près de la gare de Szeged

L'espace bien aménagé, la déco simple mais conçue avec un goût raffiné, les petites attentions (pantoufles, capsules à café, magazines, gels douche etc), l'accès et le départ facile et pratique, l'excellent rapport qualité prix

Minden nagyon szuper! Másoknak is jó szívvel ajánlom! 🙂Nagyon ízlésesen, otthonosan felújított apartman, segítőkész tulujdonos.

A mozgásérzékelők túl jól működnek, de ez sem zavaró, csak esetleg annak, aki a nappaliban alszik. A tulajdonos segítőkész volt ebben is.

Minunată alegerea! De la interacțiunea cu proprietarul, dl Levente Petrity, un om extraordinar și deschis, până la frumusețea orașului, curățenia și ospitalitatea locuitorilor. Ca întotdeauna, orașul Szeged surprinde prin toate aceste dovezi.

Nu există nimic care ar putea umbri cele afirmate mai sus.

Esztétikus szállás, közel a belvároshoz

A szállás igényes, jól felszereltség, igazán kellemes és esztétikus. Tágas nappali, kényelmes bútorok. Látszik, hogy szívvel-lélekkel készült. A konyhában minden hasznos dolog megtalálható, a fürdőszoba pedig káprázatos. Ritkán lehet ennyire kiváló szállást találni. A belvárostól negyed óra sétára van, azonban az utcában is van étterem, a közelben pedig bolt található. Mindenkinek szívből ajánljuk a szállást. Mi már ottlétünk alatt eldöntöttük, hogy visszatérünk.

Kedves szallasado, az apartmant korabban is atvehettuk. A haz elott van ingyenes parkolasi lehetoseg, a lakas kivalo helyen talalhato, kozel a belvaroshoz. Tiszta, rendezett lakas, szivbol ajanlom!
