The location was the best! The apartment was wonderful as well!
The only thing that was a little irritating is that you had to use your phone to open the property door, the elevator door, and your apartment door. For seniors, we are not that used to doing that.

Wonderful location in the heart of Brera. Close to the metro and walkable to Duomo. The bed was very comfortable with efficient air conditioning. Felt very safe and the apartment was well equipped.

This was one of the nicest vacation stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is just perfect - it’s located in the beautiful Brera neighborhood, meticulously designed, and it has just about everything for a perfect stay. I was smiling to myself finding one small detail after another. Such a thoughtfully furnished and styled apartment. It’s perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.
I generally liked the check-in system, too (one remark below), it’s more convenient than having to deal with a different key for each door.
I’m definitely renting this apartment again the next time I’m in Milano.
Pro tip: check out at least 10 minutes before 11, because not only the access to the apartment, but also the access to the elevator ends at 11am sharp. Unfortunately, I walked out of the apartment exactly at 11am and had to drag the suitcase downstairs without the elevator because of that.

The location is good - close to the metro and easy walk to Duomo, castle and various restaurants.
AC worked well especially since it was so hot while we were there. Nice to have a bottle of water waiting for us in the refrigerator. Customer service team was helpful & responsive to issues.
Access to apartment is digital so you must have internet access at all times - was not always easy. And a few times, the elevator did not work using the digital access.
The place was generally clean but the bathroom could have used more as it did not smell good and the shower head was broken (or not installed correctly).
