The location of the apartments is truly excellent — very close to the main square. It’s extremely convenient for walking around Wrocław and exploring the city, as all the main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, with fresh bed linen and towels. There is all the necessary kitchenware, and the bathroom is quite comfortable.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, which means traffic noise from the street is quite noticeable. The apartment was also rather cold. At the beginning of our stay, we didn’t immediately understand how to increase the radiator power using the thermostat, but even after setting it to maximum, the apartment still felt chilly. This is important to keep in mind if you are traveling in winter. One of the main issues was the TV. The remote control simply did not work with the TV. We contacted support several times, but only received generic responses saying that “the technical team is working on the issue.” In the end, no solution was provided. My husband managed to connect to the TV by downloading an app, but no one informed us about this option. Another issue was that people were smoking in the stairwell at night. The apartment door is not very well sealed, so cigarette smoke and even a small draft were coming into the apartment. Additionally, the radiator in the kitchen was not heating properly and did not have a thermostat to control the temperature.
