Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne, czyste i zadbane. Dostęp na 4 piętro, jest winda. Łóżko ogromne, dwie kanapy. Bardzo blisko rynku, nie było problemu z kontaktem z właścicielem.
Informacja o darmowym parkingu jest podana. Natomiast dopiero po rezerwacji apartamentu otrzymałam informację o "wąskim wjeździe, które wymaga umiejętności parkowania." Z tym nie było problemu, natomiast parking jest podziemny, z wjazdem mocno stromym. Przez to nie skorzystaliśmy z parkingu, bo auto o normalnym zawieszeniu zahaczy zderzakiem. Warto to wziąć pod uwagę, gdy ktoś chciałby skorzystać z parkingu (lub napisać o tym informację w ogłoszeniu). Przy parkingu na dziedzińcu mnóstwo szczurów ale to raczej symbol Wrocławia :D
