The location of the property is very good, the house is spacious enough.

It's very noisy, like a roadside area, there's no air conditioning, opening the window makes it impossible to sleep, a fan won't work, air conditioning is a must. The bed is very uncomfortable and the frying pan is very old.

The location is excellent; just a few minutes walk away from Rynek and the Salt Market, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Studio 4A is rather small, but perfect for a short stay, overlooking a small green space. The unit has a fridge, dish washer, washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer. There are 3 codes for 3 key pads to get into the place, the second one is confusing since the photo shows an old time number lock on the right side of the door, but the code needs to be entered on a different key pad on the left side of the door frame (not in the photo); the lighting on the stairs is dim. It helps to keep a note with the codes in your pocket. We would certainly stay here again next time we are in Wrocław.

Unfortunately, during the day noisy construction work was going on in front of the building and electricity was shut off for a few hours, but we were out and about most of the day, so it wasn‘t too much of a problem. The coffee machine didn‘t seem to work properly. There are pots and a pan, but no spices or cooking utensils; for a longer stay a microwave might be a great addition.

Great location in the Old Town. 25 min walk to the railway station. Comfortable and pritty environment

Too noisy from the outside No air conditioner in the bedroom, it was too hot (but there is a ventilator in the living room).

the apartment is not bad, just very small, there's not even enough space for a table. The bathroom is ok with a decent shower but it runs out of hot water pretty quickly

we checked in with 3 terrible keypad systems and found other people inside our room using the toilet(!) next day the corridor keypad didn't work and we got stuck for 30min with another couple, next day we got back and found our room open (!) , we protested with booking because the owner clearly does not know what is doing , we spent the rest of the holiday with a chair behind the door at night. I won't give 0 because he tried to support and help but I suggest to find a better accomodation if you are with family or long time travellers used to be treated decently
