Excellent location, clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff easy to access by telephone if any issues.. Definitely use again if available.

Super central location walking distance to everything! Well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Instant tea and coffee provided as well as a kettle. Also - great to have a washing machine and dishwasher available.
First and most serious to me: There was hair in a number of parts of the property. I pulled back a chair and found hair on the seat. There was also hair in the bathtub. It felt that whoever had cleaned the property hadn't done a great job! Also it should be noted that it is a 5th floor walkup - not an issue for me, but....
