Obiekt- położony w centrum miasta, tuż przy kompleksie kinowym Nowe Horyzonty, blisko przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie- na parterze w starym budownictwie, bardzo ładnie zaaranżowane, wyposażone w potrzebne urządzenia, także w zmywarkę i pralkę. Nieduża ale funkcjonalna łazienka. Mimo, że kamienica usytułowana przy ruchliwej ulicy- hałas nie dociera do mieszkania i nie przeszkadzał np. w spaniu.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Na plus bezpieczne miejsce parkingowe, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba.

l'emplacement est très bien et il y a un parking privé a disposition.
Cet appartement pourrait être bien mais tout est mal agencé. Par exemple il n'y a pas de voilage et on ne peut pas fermer entièrement les rideaux, etc.. l'appartement est au rez et donne directement sur la route ce qui est gênant.
