The location.
No oven glove, no dish towel, no hooks in bathroom to hang your towels, no fresh towels, used the same towel for 4 days, sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, no bathroom toiletries, no complimentary water and going to the office to collect the key was a 15 minute walk away and wasn’t easy to find with no proper signage outside the property. We asked 3 local people for directions and they hadn’t a clue how to find it. We had to go to the mini market to find our way. All in all it added 45 minutes from receiving the 1 set of keys for 3 adults to get to the apartment late at night. They took a 500 zloty deposit from your card and took a while for it to be credited back.
