About this apartment rental
Are you looking for an elegant and spacious home in a central area of Rome? Livia is a stylish apartment in the Rione Ludovisi, a charming neighborhood in the historic center of Rome. The apartment can accommodate up to 9 people. It includes:
3 double bedrooms. The third room is triple and has a double bed and a single bed.
1 living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people).
1 dining room with a table.
1 modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge, and dishwasher (no tablets included).
2 bathrooms, both with showers.
The house is located on the third floor of a period building, with an elevator. We kindly inform our guests that there are 5 steps to climb before reaching the elevator. The building overlooks a charming street in the historic center: Via Quintino Sella.
