The house is idealy located for summer or winter activities which are many and varied.
From family walks to more sportive hikes, trailing, climbing, via ferrata, swimming pool + tennis court 3km away.
Hot outdoor bath + sauna in St Pierre for a unique experience!
For swimming, canoeing, paddling and other water activities, lake Aiguebelette, Paladru, Aix-les-Bains / Le Bourget, Annecy are between 45min and one and a half hour away.
In winter, Alpine and Nordic skiing, snowshoes, sleds, in the ski resorts of Saint-Pierre de Chartreuse and St Hugues

A €300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
The kitchen is not very large, there is no dishwasher and no micro wave oven.
