About this house rental
Seasonal rental in a hamlet 2 km from St Laurent du Pont in the heart of the Chartreuse massif.
Independent character house of 160 m² on 3000 m² of wooded and enclosed park.
-Ground floor: integrated kitchen (dishwasher), living room 35 m² including a table that can accommodate up to 12 people, separate toilet, bathroom, laundry room (washing machine), internet access
- Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with double bed + 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed), WC.
Ideal for one or two families!
In summer: ideal location close to hiking, fishing, horse and pony riding 1 km away! Leisure centre with natural outdoor pool 4 km away
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub.
Bicycles available with 1 hamax type child seat.
Table tennis, swing, badminton, petanque
Barbecue, garden furniture for 12 people, wooden pergola.
Amenities (grocery/bread/tobacconist/press depot at 700 m, municipal swimming pool/shops at 2.5 km).
IMPORTANT: Linen is not provided (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase, terry towel)

Stephane: Many thanks for your wonderful hospitality during our two week visit. The house and property were perfect for our family of 7! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house (especially the outdoor patio :-) and the many activities that were nearby.
