Sehr schönes, modern ausgestattetes Appartment, ca. 50 m2. Hell mit lichtundurchlässigen elektr. Storen. Fenster gut schallisolierend, in einer restaurierten palastartigen Villa am Stadtrand, inmitten eines parkartigen Grundstücks mit altem Baumbestand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Grandiose Aussicht auf das Gebirge der Chartreuse. Ein Intermarché mit gutem Angebot in 500 Metern erreichbar. Hochgradig empfehlenswert: die Bäckerei/Konditorei mit Kaffeeausschank direkt an der D520 bei Saint-Joseph-de-Rivière mit Sitzbänken im Freien.
Die Hauptsache: das Haus liegt nur 50 Meter neben der sehr stark frequentierten Hauptstrasse Richtung Grenoble mit entsprechendem Verkehrslärm ganztags. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern und nachts ist das kein Problem, aber auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus kann es sehr unangenehm werden. Ein Nebenproblem: ziemlich unpraktische Dusch-Armaturen, entweder tropft es von oben, oder man benützt die Kärcher-artige Handbrause.

A warm welcome and an informative tour of the apartment. We felt reassured that we could contact our hosts at any time. Everything was very easy to use. There was a very relaxied ambience.
Some recommendations on places to eat would have been helpful. Also instructions on how to use the TVs.
