About this house rental

Our large family house is perfect for welcoming one or two families with children wishing to spend a holiday together. In a closed and wooded area of 1500m2 where we can park 4 cars
Here you will find peace and space in the park of the Massif de la Chartreuse.
I recently enlarged and modernized it so that I could spend precious moments there with my children and my 5 grandchildren. It is therefore well equipped with swings, table tennis and bicycles and sleds.
 In winter, we will ski with families in St Pierre de Chartreuse (35 km of slopes) 20 minutes by car

Spacious house and garden, perfect for kids! Very nice host with fast communication!

We had a lovely time in this beautiful, charming and comfortable house! The kitchen is well equiped, the garden is beautiful and there is a lot of space in and outside the garden for kids to play, bike, play pingpong, etc. We stayed in the house with 8 persons (3 adults, 5 kids between 1-9 years old). Mme Poulenard is a very friendly host, and gave us great suggestions for things to do. We did a few hikes (Charmante Som and the Col de Coq) and went to the ecological swimming pool in Les Echelles. Supermarket and bakery are nearby.

The house is very spacious and the garden is big and beautiful. In the downstairs passage there is a damp (fungus) problem but this is typical for old houses. The house needs a very thorough cleaning, it is very dusty. We were surprised that we needed to take our own bed sheets with us. This is apparently typical for France.
