A Place of Peace - Family Home - Exceptional Panorama

A magnificent, characterful stone house measuring 170 m² on 8,500 m² of land with an exceptional view of the Belledonne Range. If you love the mountains, nature, and tranquility, our home is a true haven of peace. You’ll love our home for its comfort, location, and 8,500 m² garden—which is completely private and offers breathtaking views of the Belledonne Massif. Its large terrace, barbecue, and ping-pong table are sure to provide wonderful evenings with family or friends.
The Accommodation
Our stone house has two floors. On the first floor, there is the kitchen, the dining room with a large table that seats eight, and the south-facing living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows.
There is also a TV lounge area with a fireplace. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms that sleep 7 people and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
You have direct outdoor access to the bedrooms.

You have access to the entire house. This is our main home, complete with all its comforts and amenities, which we rent out for school vacations.
A small dirt path leads to a large private parking area.

The house is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
No need to bring cleaning supplies. Everything is provided, including dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, sponges, kitchen towels, and toilet paper.
We also provide spices, oil, and other essentials for when you need a quick fix. The idea is that whatever you use, you replace it for others :-)

Duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed sheets and bath towels.

There is no cleaning fee because we’re counting on you to leave the house spotless for the next guests.

We have chickens that will provide you with delicious fresh eggs, as well as a cat named “Minette” who will love to purr on your lap...
