About this house rental
Come and discover this beautiful house ideally located in Erquy. A true oasis of tranquillity, you can easily reach the beach and shops on foot. You will also appreciate its heated indoor swimming pool (open from 31 March to 4 November), as well as its lovely terrace with barbecue and patio, for lounging during sunny days.
Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 5 travellers.
The house opens its doors to a lovely living space, with its lounge area facing the garden. You will be able to enjoy a television evening or play board games with the family. The open-plan kitchen, meanwhile, is fully equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven) and provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle are at your disposal. To savour these dishes, you can either sit around the dining table or enjoy the sun and the terrace.
On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 2: equipped with two single beds
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional person.
A bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and an independent toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.
You will be able to park 2 vehicles in the private parking of the rental.

This furnished property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Animals are not accepted in this rental.
The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.
