About this house rental
Located in the centre of Erquy, this independent 100 m² house accommodates up to 7 guests. The sea, shops and town centre are approximately 500 m away, making it easy to organise the stay on foot.
The living area combines a lounge with television, sofa and armchairs with a welcoming dining space. The windows provide a pleasant sea view during quieter moments at the property. The open-plan equipped kitchen offers direct access to the garden.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed 90x190 each
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 110x190
The ground floor includes a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin. Upstairs, a shower room includes a shower, bidet and washbasin. Two separate toilets complete the property.
The enclosed garden with outdoor furniture is well suited to meals outside and relaxed returns from the beach.
Private parking is available for one vehicle.
Pets are accepted.
From the house, guests can easily alternate between beaches, the harbour, shops and walks towards Cap d'Erquy.

Beaucoup d’espace, mais d’un autre temps au niveau de la déco. Les lits de 120 ne sont pas d’un grand confort pour 2 personnes.
Bon emplacement par rapport au centre des activités.

Proche de la mer et des commerces, très spacieux et lumineux, toutes les commodités avec un grand jardin bien clos: séjour très agréable.
Juste à revoir les tapisseries niveau décoration 😬 et à l'étage la chambre avait une odeur de renfermé. Mais très satisfait malgré tout de notre week-end 🙏
