Located in Erquy, this 200 m² stone house accommodates up to 9 guests and 1 baby. Its layout is divided into two separate areas, making it well suited to shared holidays: gathering together remains easy while everyone can also find a quieter space when needed.
On the ground floor, the house includes a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area. Two lounges provide different uses: a first relaxation area with armchairs and a desk, followed by a second lounge with two sofas and a coffee table for gathering after days out.
The separate utility room includes a washing machine, a shower area and an independent toilet. Upstairs, a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet, together with a second shower room with toilet, make group stays easier to organise.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 140x190
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190
- 1 baby cot available
The enclosed garden extends the living space outdoors at the end of the day. An outdoor table and chairs, together with a barbecue, are available for shared meals after beach outings or coastal walks.
Parking is available in front of the house only. Vehicles must not be parked in the courtyard.
Erquy's town-centre shops are approximately 1.4 km away. Portuais, Bourg, Le Guen and Lourtuais beaches are between 1.7 km and 2.5 km away. Cap d'Erquy is approximately 2.9 km away.
Pets are not accepted in the property.
