About this house rental
Located in the heights of the Tu-ès-Roc area in Erquy, at the entrance to Cap d'Erquy, this typical 70 m² house accommodates up to 9 guests. Plage du Portuais is approximately 1 km away, Plage de Lourtuais approximately 2 km away and tennis courts approximately 170 metres from the property.
On the ground floor, the lounge and dining room open onto the terrace through large windows. The dining table seats 9 guests, making it suitable for breakfast before coastal walks or dinner after a day at the beach.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and electric blender. The kitchen is accessed through the garage.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed 140x190 and direct access to the garden
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 and washbasin
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190
The house includes a bathroom with bath on the ground floor, a shower room upstairs and separate toilets on both levels.
The terrace and garden naturally extend the living spaces during sunny days. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue make it easy to enjoy meals outside and quieter breaks after coastal walks.
Parking is available in the driveway, making arrivals and everyday travel easier during the stay.
From the house, guests can easily reach the wilder beaches of Portuais and Lourtuais, then continue towards Cap d'Erquy and its pink sandstone landscapes. Shops are approximately 1.5 km away.
