Beautiful, bright flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Located on the 4th floor of a 17th century building with typical seaside house furnishings. No lift.
Equipped kitchen and large living area with sofa and dining table.
Ideal for a family of 4 or a group of friends of 4 - 2 double bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms which are a unique advantage for a medium-sized flat.
The flat is located in the heart of the historic centre overlooking the delightful Piazzetta Matteotti, a few metres from the beach (70m) and all amenities. It is only a 10-minute walk from the train station.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights

If you arrive by train, from the Monterosso train station it is an easy 10-minute walk along the seafront. If you arrive by car, there is a public car park called Loreto Carpark just 300 metres from the flat. The rate is €25 per day for the first two days and then €10 per day from the third day onwards.
