Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Location Activities
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. For more information on area activities and events, check out the FunLake site offered by or local Visitors & Convention Bureau.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

We are a family of 10 adults and pets. The house was updated and very clean. Plenty of space and bathrooms with each bedroom. Each shower has its own shampoo/conditioner and body wash that all smelled great. Our favorite was the dock, large boat slip along with 2 jet ski lifts which was nice with the choppy water. On Tan Tara Margaritaville property, so access to their pools and amenities, but we never used it. Very close access to boat ramp and water sports/boat rentals. Communication was clear and fast. Would definitely rent this again.

Everything from the booking to our departure was a breeze. Communication was very informative with before, the day of, and departure email & texts. The house was perfect for our stay, Beautiful views. The rooms were large and nicely appointed. Everything was clean and modern. A lot of little extras in the kitchen was a really nice touch too. We will return.
