Located in Camden County at Mile Marker 33.5, Sunrise Beach is the Quiet side of the Lake of the Ozarks. Only a few minutes drive to Pirates Point where you can rent a boat, jet ski or launch your personal boat. Restaurants, water parks and the grocery store are only a few minutes away as well

The house was dirty and worn. It could desperately use a deep clean and fresh paint. There were ants all over the kitchen, which the host addressed immediately and was probably due to the massive amount of rain the week prior. The baseboards around the toilets were filthy and disgusting. The bathroom sinks sprayed water everywhere because the screens on the underside desperately needed to be replaced or cleaned. The wifi signal was very weak to non-existent. We asked about this shortly after arriving and the host responded 24 hours later that we should try unplugging the router and plugging it back in. However, the router was nowhere to be found, only a wifi repeater in the kitchen that didn't seem to do anything. I'm assuming the main router was locked away somewhere. So we had to make due with weak cell signals and weak wifi signals. The bed was not very comfortable, it looks like they tried to make it better with a mattress topper but they really need a new mattress. It seems like this is a commercially owned property that is not really being overseen by an individual owner so it does not get the best attention for upkeep, but I could be wrong.Otherwise, it is a great setup for a large family. It is in a fantastic cove that is very close to the main channel but is still protected from the large wakes rolling in.

We really enjoyed our stay but the description should warn that the driveway is VERY steep and narrow!!

Beautiful house, easy to find! Will definitely stay here again. We could not figure out how to turn on the TV, but other than that everything was great!
