About this house rental
Escape to our expansive 5-BR waterfront home on a private cove with main channel lake views. Perfect for family getaways, this retreat comfortably sleeps up to 28 guests. Enjoy a private dock, multiple decks, two kitchens, and open living spaces. It's the ultimate lakeside destination for creating unforgettable memories with your entire group.
**Bedroom 6 is not a true bedroom. It's in the basement tucked in a corner, but is perfect for additional sleeping space!**
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Overall it was a pretty nice location. Although it did sleep as many people as the listing claimed, we found it to be too cramped for that many people in general. Also there were some issues with temperature. The upstairs was very cold while the downstairs was too hot. The bedroom in the basement didn’t have an air vent at all. Some minor inconveniences included not being left very many trash bags, hand towels, or soap pods for the dishwasher. The railing on the deck did not feel very secure, and there were some boards on the deck that also may need some maintenance.

Overall we loved our stay at the lake of the ozarks at this property. We had a large family get together with 6 separate families. I loved how each floor had 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom to share. There was also plenty of space for all of us to be together without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook all of our meals without any problems. We lovedd the deck and were able to rent a boat for a couple of days. I think some things could be updated at the property like lower deck patio furniture and did not like having zero access to any flotation devices on the dock since we did have little kids. I feel like an extra 150 dollars for access to life jackets and pool noodles seems a little much and we did have to wait around to actually find out what was in the toy box. Overall very enjoyable stay and would stay again in a heart beat. Great place for families to chill and have some lake time.
