Had a great vacation! Had only a few issues which the hose took care of immediately. Host is very responsive and timely with her responses.Just a couple things from the listing that were not quite accurate. The bedroom configuration in the listing is wrong. There are two rooms with a king bed only. There are two rooms with a queen bed only. Then there is one bedroom with a queen and one bunk. And then there is one bedroom that has two queens and one bunk.The community pool leaves something to be desired for sure. But the pool at Margaritaville is excellent.I saw somewhere in the listing or in the other reviews that you could swim off the dock in the backyard. That is absolutely not correct. You can fish and you could kayak or paddleboard. But you absolutely would not want to swim in that water.The walkway to get down to the dock is slightly treacherous. Would not recommend if you have an older guest staying there or someone who is not stable on their feet. The outdoor fire pit is also not great. No seating around it and very unlevel and unkempt. But the propane fire table on the deck is wonderful to sit by at night.All in all, I would definitely stay there again knowing what I know now. We would just have less expectations.

This property is very nice and big. The third floor though has its own keypad number to get into the unit. Just like in-law apartment. The pool has to be driven to. The dock for fishing is right on the property. Lots of silverware and dishes and pans. We had 11 in our group. 8 adults and 3 children. Great outdoor porch spaces too.

The dock was described as a swim dock but the dock is at the end of a cove and only in about 3 feet of water. It was more of a stand dock. The tile floors throughout the kitchen area turned all of our feet black in the first 30 minutes, the master shower has black mold in the tile grout and the 12"x12" patio paver stones were very wobbly on the decent down to the dock which make getting down safely especially with coolers difficult. If you plan on renting a boat just know that you'll have about 2' of clearance from the surrounding docks to get your boat back to your dock and you'll need to hop on the neighboring docks to hand push your boat through.
The parking worked out well. We had 5 vehicles and easily could have fit 2 more. We were walking distance from the community pool which was nice.
Hope this helps anyone looking at this property. These are all things we wish we would have known.
