Quiet Hours: No loud music or noise past 10:00 PM or before 8:00 AM.
Guest Policy: No unauthorized guests are allowed to stay the night. No more than 12 guests on site.
Substances and Activities:
No illicit drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the property.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or on the patio. Smoking is only allowed in the driveway and butts disposed of properly in trash bins.
Note: A $500 smoke remediation fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking inside the property is found.
Checkout Responsibilities:
Trash: Take all trash to outdoor bin prior to leaving.
Dishes: Run Dishwasher prior to leaving.
Linens: Strip linen from dirty beds on leave on the bed.
Please leave house in the general condition it was when you arrived.

Wonderful property! The location is fantastic, the home was immaculate, the amenities were just as described. We had a fantastic time. The host goes above and beyond to communicate with guests. She gave very detailed directions and checked in occasionally to make sure everything was going well.

Great location for a family weekend getaway. The golf cart was a sweet bonus to get around on the golf course and resort! Thank you for a great stay.
