Il Mezzanino by Siena Living Apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location.

There were no instructions for appliances etc in the handbook. We had to contact the host to find out how to put the central heating on. Bedrooms cold and no extra blankets available.

The suite was lovely. Very clean, well lit with natural light and well equipped. The main bed linens were fresh and the bed was comfortable. The location was good and it was easy to find our was around.

The only problem was the second bed linen. There was three of us travelling so we needed the little bed. Unfortunately, the sheets were thin and pilly, which was in sharp contrast to those of the main bed. An upgrade here would bring a higher rating.

La chambre: Appartement annoncé comme 2 chambres mais avec seulement 1 chambre!!! Il y’a un lit simple et un lit double dans la même chambre, séparé par une ouverture de porte sans porte. Le bruit: rue avec scooter, bus et ambulance toute la nuit. Insonorisation inexistante…. C’est très dur pour nous. La luminosité: même en journée avec un grand soleil l’appartement est dans l’obscurité complète. On se croirait la nuit, l’appartement est au premier étage et ne capte aucune lumière naturelle. Obligé d’allumer toutes les lampes (blanches!) de l’appartement. Vraiment pas agréable.
