Casa Duccio alle Mura della Città

Excellent location and view of the old town of siena. Right next to the escalators to the city Everything we needed was available in the aprtment.

I was under the impression that the property was on the ground floor. There are only abt 15 stairs to get to it but they were difficult for me since I had hurt my knee.

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de uno de los accesos con parqueadero a la ciudad, el parqueadero se llena temprano, entonces es mejor reservar otro parqueadero privado que está a 10 minutos del hospedaje y tiene un valor adicional, pero está muy bien y son muy amables. Muy recomendado si viajas con auto.

Wonderful apartment with high end finishes & quality appliances & furnishings. Many nice extras often not found in accommodations. Communication was excellent & a video to help with initial check in was very helpful. Being close to the escalator was great. Would definitely stay again.

Parking at the bottom could be an issue in busier times. Also getting up the hill with luggage for some may be an issue. But it all worked out for us so very happy with our stay. Thank you!

La casa è arredata con gusto e c'è tutto quello che serve. Comoda e confortevole! Barbara è molto gentile, ci ha accolto al meglio! Unica pecca, il parcheggio consideratelo a pagamento, perché la piazza con parcheggio libero è sempre occupata, c'è chi rimane fermo in auto in attesa di prendere un posto. Il parcheggio a pagamento è ugualmente comodo, diciamo solo che non lo considererei "incluso". La posizione è ottima per visitare la parte più alta della città, a 100 metri dall'appartamento ci sono le scale mobili che portano fino alla cattedrale. I minimarket sono un po' distanti, ma con una camminata di un 15 minuti (in salita) si riesce a raggiungerli. Dovessi tornare a Siena, sicuramente terrei presente Casa Duccio! :)
